On Saturday, 20th November 2021 at Ake Palace, in Abeokuta, His Royal Majesty, Oba Michael Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo (CFR), the Alake and Paramount Ruler of Egbaland conferred Chieftaincy titles on a few Egba indigenes who have done well in Nigeria. It was also in commemoration of the 16th Coronation Anniversary of the Alake.
Below are the brand new chiefs.
CHIEF (HON.) ABDULSABURI OLAYIWOLA OLAWALE
Chief (Hon.) Abdulsaburi Olayiwola Olawale was born in Abeokuta in the early sixties.
Chief (Hon.) Abdulsaburi Olayiwola Olawale had his primary education at the St. Peters Primary School, Ake, Abeokuta. Thereafter, he proceeded to Nawar-Ud-Deen Grammar School, Obantoko, Abeokuta for his secondary school education. His quest for knowledge later took him to the Ogun State College of Education (now the Tai Solarin University of Education), Ijebu-Ode and the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos, where he gained the National Certificate of Education and the Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration respectively. He later obtained a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Lagos State University. He also has the following to his credit: Certificate of Completion, Study Tour of Smart Dubai City, GTC, Dubai, UAE Certificate of Leadership Course, North American University.
Chief (Hon.)Abdulsaburi Olayiwola Olawale’s professional capacity passed him through Ajebo Community School, Lagos, where he worked as a Classroom Teacher but he left in 1995. He later had a stint with Asso Trade Nigeria Limited, as Operations Manager, between 1995 and 1996. In 1996, Chief (Hon.) Abdulsaburi Olayiwola Olawale established his own company. He is currently the Chairman, House Committee on Local Government Administration, Chieftaincy and Community Affairs, Lagos State House of Assembly.
Following his decision to join active politics at the dawn of the fourth Republic, Chief (Hon.) Abdulsaburi Olayiwola Olawale was the Ward Secretary to the Alliance for Democracy (AD), Ward G2, Papa-Ajao, Mushin, Lagos, among others. He was the Special Assistant on Transportation to His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu between 2003 and 2007. In 2014, he was nominated and won the primary election of the All Progressive Congress (APC) and was subsequently elected as a Member, Lagos State House of Assembly, representing Mushin II Constituency and he was later re-elected in 2019.
Chief (Hon.) Abdulsaburi Olayiwola Olawale is happily married to Chief (Mrs.) (Alhaja) Shakirat Abosede Olawale and the marriage has been richly blessed with promising children.

CHIEF AKINTUNDE AKINBIYI AKINKUNMI IN THE BEGINNING
Chief Akintunde Akinbiyi Akinkunmi was born in the mid-sixties.
Chief Akintunde Akinbiyi Akinkunmi attended the famous Loyola College, Ibadan and the International School, Ibadan for his secondary school education. Thereafter, he was at the College of Medicine, University of Ibadan. In his quest for education, he was later at the School of Law, University of Wales, Cardiff. He was at the Joint Services Command and Staff College, Shrivenham, U.K., he thus holds the following qualifications: •Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Surgery, •L.L.M •FRCPsych.
Chief Akintunde Akinbiyi Akinkunmi has and is still serving the following organizations: •Chief Medical Officer-BritishArmy Reserves, U.K., •U.K General Medical Council, •U.K Parole Board, •Visiting Senior Lecturer, Department of Psychiatry, University of Ibadan, •Medical Member, firsttierTribunal, HM Courts and Tribunal Service, U.K, •Derector, LP Consulting Limited, Harley Street, London.
Chief Akintunde Akinbiyi Akinkunmi has authored many books, including Hubris: A brief Political History of the Nigerian Army and he is currently working on writing a book on the Nigerian Civil War.

CHIEF AND CHIEF (MRS.) ALEXANDER AJIBADE ALANI & CAROLYN OGUNMUYIWA
Chief Alexander Ajibade Alani Ogunmuyiwa was born in the late forties into the family of Pa Eliazar
Oluseye Ogunmuyiwa of Ologbonwon Compound, Ijemo, Abeokuta and Mama Felicia Madamola Ayinke Ogunmuyiwa, nee Sowunmi of Igbein, Abeokuta. His father, Pa Oluseye Akoni Ogunmuyiwa was the first son of his grandfather, Ogunmuyiwa Ologbonwon, a man of great means. Chief (Mrs.) Carolyn
Ogunmuyiwa, on the other hand, was born in Galveston, Texas.
Chief Alexander Ajibade Alani Ogunmuyiwa attended St. Peter’s Primary School, Ake, Abeokuta and the Abeokuta Grammar School where he finished his Higher School Certificate. Chief (Mrs.) Carolyn Ogunmuyiwa, on the other hand, attended Texas Women University in Dallas and then the University of Houston, Houston, Texas where both Chief Alexander Ajibade Alani Ogunmuyiwa and Chief (Mrs.) Carolyn Ogunmuyiwa both took classes together in Industrial Engineering and Texas History. Furthermore, Chief Alexander Ajibade Alani Ogunmuyiwa has a certificate in Food and Beverage Management (Cefbel) and in Hotel Administration from the American Hotel Institute.
Chief Alexander Ajibade Alani Ogunmuyiwa rose through the ranks to the position of the General Manager of Holiday Inn and Sheraton Hotels among other accomplishments. Additionally, he is a Texas Licensed Real Estate Broker and Investor.

CHIEF NURUDEEN OLADUNJOYE OLALEYE
Chief Nurudeen Oladunjoye Olaleye came into this world in the early sixties. He is from Abeokuta South Local Government.
Chief Nurudeen Oladunjoye Olaleye has a Diploma in Dramatic Arts and a Bachelor of Science degree from Joseph Ayo Babalola University, Osun State.
Chief Nurudeen Oladunjoye Olaleye is a politician of note, particularly in the Abeokuta South Local
Government Area. He has held many notable political positions, including the following: •Deputy Leader, Abeokuta South Local Government, Ake, Abeokuta •Executive Secretary, Abeokuta South Local Government, Ake, Abeokuta •Caretaker Chairman, Abeokuta South Local Government, Ake, Abeokuta •Board Member, Ogun State Housing Corporation for 7 years under both H.E Chief Olusegun Osoba and H.E Otunba Gbenga Daniel. •Director of Mobilization, Gboyega Nasir Isiaka Campaign Team. He is presently the Chairman of the Alternate Medicine Board of Ogun State.
Chief Nurudeen Oladunjoye Olaleye is a businessman of note. He is the Chief Executive Officer of the following business concerns: •Anike International Business Ltd •Nurlad Bottle Water and Pure Water Manufacturing Company.
In recognition of his contribution to his community, Chief Nurudeen Oladunjoye Olaleye has been conferred with the title of Balogun of I RAA of Gbagura Section of Egbaland.

CHIEF (MRS.) (ALHAJA) SHAKIRAT ABOSEDE OLAWALE
Chief (Mrs.) (Alhaja) Shakirat Abosede Olawale was born in the early seventies into the family of Alhaji and Alhaja Shittu Enitegbajumo of Ibowon, Epe, Lagos State.
Chief (Mrs.) (Alhaja) Shakirat Abosede Olawale attended Somolu Primary School, Somolu, Lagos for her primary school education. She, thereafter, proceeded to Rev. Kuti Memorial Grammar School, Abeokuta for her Secondary School education but she completed the same at Osodi Comprehensive High School, Osodi, Lagos in 1990.
After the secondary school education, Chief (Mrs.) (Alhaja) Shakirat Abosede Olawale enrolled at Adunola School of Hairdressing and Cosmetology, Gbagada, Lagos and completed the training in 1992.
Chief (Mrs.) (Alhaja) Shakirat Abosede Olawale worked as a Supervisor at Zobby International Complete Outlook, Obafemi Awolowo Way, Ikeja, Lagos. She is now the Managing Director of Basaza Nigeria Limited and the Vice-Chairman of Larry-Whales Homes, Kobape, Abeokuta and Larry-Whales Farms, Pakudi, Obada Oko in the Ewekoro Local Government Area of Ogun State. She is widely travelled.
Chief (Mrs.) (Alhaja) Shakirat Abosede Olawale, in view of her contribution to the Muslim faith, has been honoured as the Yeye Are Adinni of ljemo Muslim Cornrnunity, Abeokuta.
Chief (Mrs.) (Alhaja) Shakirat Abosede Olawale is married to Chief (Hon.) Abdulsaburi Olayiwola Olawale and the union is blessed with promising children.

CHIEF RASAK OLUSOLA SOTAYO
Chief Rasak Olusola Sotayo was born in the mid-sixties.
Chief Rasak Olusola Sotayo attended the Nawar-Ud-Deen School, Iju-Ota. Thereafter, he was at the Iju-Ibiye High School for his secondary school education. In his quest for higher education, he attended the Ogun State Institute of Technology, Igbesa where he obtained the Higher National Diploma in Business Administration. Chief Rasak Olusola Sotayo later proceeded to the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
Chief Rasak Olusola Sotayo served as a Councillor in Iju Ward during which he facilitated many projects to his Ward including •Construction of a block of three classrooms at the N.U.O. Primary School, Iju •Construction of a Modern Maternity Centre at Itere-Ota; •Drilling of a bore-hole with the over-head tanks at Obere Village, and •Provision of a 500 KVA Transformer for Iju Community.
Chief Rasak Olusola Sotayo belongs to the following professional bodies: •Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria •Institute of Security Management and Operations, Nigeria •Institute of Industrial Relations, Labour Research and Development.
Chief Rasak Olusola Sotayo enjoys travelling and meeting people, watching football and playing scrabble. He is a swimmer.
