An Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Ikeja, Lagos, has struck out an application challenging the victory of the All Progressives Congress (APC)’s James Abiodun Faleke, the member of House of Representative representing Ikeja Federal Constituency.
Faleke who is an indigene of Kogi state ran for the as a Federal house of Representative member in Lagos.
He was a deputy governor-elect in Kogi’s last gubernatorial election but stepped down after an intra-party crisis in the state.
