SKYWAY AVIATION HANDLING COMPANY PLC
Skyway Aviation Handling Company (SAHCO) Plc is a publicly quoted company on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. It is incorporated as an aviation ground handling service provider under the Nigerian Company & Allied Matters Act of 1990. SAHCO, which was formerly known as Skypower Aviation Handling Company Limited before it was privatized and handed over to the SIFAX Group on December 23, 2009, was carved out of the defunct Nigeria Airways as part of the Nigerian government’s Ministry of Aviation reform of 1996.
SIFAX OFF DOCK NIGERIA LIMITED
SIFAX Off Dock Nigeria Limited operates the flagship off-dock facilities of the Group. With the terminal located within two minutes drive from both the Apapa and Tin Can Island Ports, SIFAX Off Dock Limited is strategically located and accessible to the major ports from where it easily receives cargo as a temporary hold and provides an easy exit for custom-cleared cargoes to any part of the country. The enormous capacity of the facility has immensely supported the speedy decongestion of cargoes from the main ports in Lagos.
SIFAX LOGISTICS SERVICES LIMITED
SIFAX Logistics Limited offers its global clientele complimentary, quality and unique one-stop logistics services. The company’s bouquet of services includes Haulage, Clearing and Forwarding, Import & Export, Warehousing, Groupage and Pack & Removal. With a crop of well-motivated and experienced workforce, SIFAX Logistics Limited has become a force to be reckoned with going by the quality of service enjoyed by discerning clients that it services both locally and internationally.

SIFAX SHIPPING COMPANY LIMITED
SIFAX Shipping Limited operates the Group’s bonded terminals. Some of these bonded terminals are located at Okota and Apapa as well as an empty container depot at Ijora, all in Lagos. These terminals provide excellent and seamless options for importers and other port users to store and move their consignments. The terminals have helped to decongest the main ports complemented by the expertise of our well-trained workforce which has aided fast delivery of consignments too.
The company’s services include bonded container terminal operations, bonded warehousing services, Customs Agency/Clearing and forwarding, Container Traffic Agency, Export Agency/Consultancy, Heavy lifting transportation and many others.
SIFAX MARINE LIMITED
SIFAX Marine Limited was established solely as a vehicle for the growth and maximization of Nigeria local content participation. SIFAX Marine Limited is a 100% owned Nigerian company and a provider of special transportation with respect to offshore support services, marine vessel transportation, towage and other related marine services to both offshore and onshore oil terminals in Nigeria and the West African region. The company specializes in the provision of high-quality marine support solutions putting safety and the environment at the forefront.
SIFAX NIGERIA LIMITED
SIFAX Nigeria Limited is a holistic service provider company with expertise cutting across trade, marketing, global merchant representative, engineering services, project consulting services and many more.
One of the flagship services the company provides is stevedoring. It operates a dynamic pool of well-trained dockworkers who are experts in the loading and discharge of a wide range of cargoes. The company has well trained technical staff in its arsenal that effectively operate heavy-duty cranes, forklifts as well as other cargo-handling equipment.
SIFAX Nigeria Limited handles the stevedoring activities for one of the group’s subsidiaries, Ports & Cargo Handling Services Limited. OCEAN & CARGO TERMINAL SERVICES LIMITED
Ocean & Cargo Terminal Services Limited manages Terminal B, Warri Old Port. Its emergence was born out of the desire of the Federal Government of Nigeria to revamp port operations in the country. It emerged as the preferred bidder and eventual winner of a competitive bidding process which was conducted by the Bureau of Public Enterprise, Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission and the Nigerian Ports Authority between 2017 and 2019.
The terminal is a multi-purpose terminal and has the capacity to handle all kinds of cargoes ranging from bulk/general cargo carriers, container, RoRo and wet cargoes. It has the capacity to handle and accommodate 12,000 TEUs and a warehouse capacity of about 4000sqm.
Ocean & Cargo Terminal Services Limited is set to completely change the face of port terminal management in Eastern Nigeria. It aims to massively invest in modern and functional cargo handling equipment as well as the provision of other infrastructures at the terminal.
