Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof Mahmood Yakubu has presented a Certificates of Return to the winners of the 2019 presidential election President Muhammadu Buhari and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.
President Buhari re-election bid was ascertained on Tuesday night after INEC declared him winner of the February 2019 election which saw him return to Aso Rock with his running mate, Prof Yemi Osinbajo.
