The movie industry has witnessed growth over the years. It has produced fantastic and multi-talented stars back to back and they are so good in their crafts that lots of us can not forget them in a hurry. Their role interpretation skill is second to none and they are all household names.
In the 90s, we had superstars that graced our screens but they have been missing in action for years now. Most of these superstars relocated and nothing has been heard about them ever since. But lately, some of them are trying to get active again on social media through different programs they run online.

Regina Askia is one of the most beautiful faces to have graced the Nigerian movie industry. Many can never forget this ex-beauty queen’s roles in movies such as “Full Moon” President’s Daughter, Dangerous Babe and a host of others.
She relocated to U.S after her wedding and practiced as a Nurse in the U.S. She is presently one of most active veterans on Instagram with her programme on Instagram “Office of the Citizen”, where she interviews very important personalities in the society where they talk about very educative and interesting topics affecting the society at large.
Hilda Dokubo, is the crying queen of the movie industry. She often takes up emotional roles in movies. She joined the movie industry professionally in 1991 but later left to coordinate a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) in River State, which is aimed at helping the youths of the state. She was also appointed to serve in the cabinet of former Governor, Peter Odili in River State.
She currently resides in Port Harcourt with her 2 sons. She is presently an activist and motivational speaker and very active on Instagram, where she airs her views on the state of the nation more especially the ones that concern the creative industry.
Victoria Inyama, the beautiful Victoria is popular for her acting prowess and exceptional acting skills. She relocated to the U.K. after her wedding and the marriage was blessed with 3 kids before the marriage packed up. The pretty mother of three was a victim of domestic violence and she went back to school to study further and she is currently a domestic violence advocate and she is taking her time to educate women on domestic violence, and abuse and also dedicating lots of her time to her three adorable kids.
Shan George, a prolific writer, producer became popular via hit movies such as Made In Heaven, Outcast, General’s Wife amongst others.
She is the Chairman Callywood Board (movie body in Cross River State appointed by Ben Ayade. Recently she made announcement on giving marriage another trial.
Susan Patrick, the beautiful gapped tooth superstar, came into the movie industry with her extraordinary performance in the movie titled “Snake Girl”. She is one of the finest actresses that rocked the scene in the 90s but presently not active in the industry ever since she got married. She has maintained a low profile and is focused on her family.
Ndidi Obi, the beautiful multi-talented actress in the movie titled “Nneka The Pretty Serpent” was one of the most talked about movie in Nollywood. The pretty actress announced her return to the industry in 2012 during AMA Awards, but is yet to make a huge come back as expected. Though, she recently featured in Ramsey Noah’s Living In Bondage (Breaking Free).
Many can not forget Lillian Bach’s outstanding role in movies such as “Ogidan”, Married To A Witch” and host of others. Beside acting, she has featured in lots of television commercials and at a point was the face of Delta Soap.

Rita Nzelu is a renowned superstar, model and television personality. She made her debut in the movie “Living In Bondage”. She got married and relocated to the U.K. to concentrate on building her family, ever since it went viral that her marriage fell apart.
