It is the joy of any parent when they see their children being successful, and the St Matthew Daniel sisters, Funke, Oyinda, Kemi and Oyebade are one of such. The first born, Funke Kuti was married to Afrobeats singer, Femi Kuti. They are from a rich pedigree, beautiful and very stylish. They look alike a bit that you will be able to tell that they are sisters. They are well read and graduated in flying colours. Their mum is Laila St Mattew Daniel. Her daughters took after her in the beauty and style sector. She is extremely beautiful despite she is in her late 60s.
Their mum is an internationally recognized Personal Growth & Transformational Expert, Author, Writer, TEDx Speaker, Key Note Speaker, Emotions Coach, Leadership Trainer and Women’s rights activitist.
She is the founder and President of ACTS Generation GBV, a non-governmental organization which combats domestic violence and child abuse in Nigeria and a leading consultant for Jacinta Limitd.
These beautiful sisters can be dubbed as silver spoons that they are always cynosure of all eyes at any event they attend. They are not your regular Owambe chics but they are very corporate and attend events that are only important. The fact that they are sisters makes everyone turn in their direction whenever they storm any party or function.They are well read and live a an affluent life.
Right from their growing up days, they were known to be very close. The 4 sisters recently stepped out in Lagos and were spotted at their youngest sister, Oyebade’s wedding. The beautiful nuptial which held in Lagos was very colourful and the sisters shone like stars. They all wore a lovely burgundy outfit for their sister’s wedding.
The most popular of the sisters is the first born, Funke Kuti and she made major headlines when she married Femi Kuti years back. They both have a son, Made Kuti.
Funke Kuti runs her own event management company, FK Management. It’s an event, public relations and artiste management firm. She left NSL to be fully involved in running the company, to take it to the next level. Before she left NSL, she was running it by the side as a side hustle.
She has this depth of experience she has garnered over the years working before and at NSL. Being a part of Femi Kuti’s Positive Force helped prepare her for the challenges of the artiste management beat. She has had some experiences in some departments as public relations, events, sponsorship, marketing, foundation, administration and sales. Her other sisters are Kemi St Matthew Daniels, Njide Aghadiuno and the last child, Oyebade St Matthew Daniel who got married in December after the wedding which was set to hold in April could no longer hold due to the pandemic. She is the CEO of Estella Jewelry, a high-end jewelry company located in Lagos. She got married in a classy wedding to Folajimi Alli Balogun.
