MD//CEO EMMANUEL ODEMAYOWA
He is a product of the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile – Ife (formerly known as the University of Ife). He has worked in various sectors of the economy. As an astute entrepreneur, he has established some companies thereby doing his bit in providing jobs for teeming Nigerian graduates. He has garnered cognate experience in real estate development, marketing and consultancies over the years. Odemayowa started his career with the Economic Growth & Development Centre (EGDC), Abuja, where he was fully involved in research projects spanning National Planning and Development issues. He later moved to the real estate sector as pioneer Business Development Manager with a frontline real estate firm in Nigeria. He holds a Certificate in Development Issues from the World Bank Institute and has also attended training and development programmes in leadership, entrepreneurship and management. He has undergone various marketing, managerial and leadership training. Association of Home Builders. He is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Deluxe Residences Limited as well as other several business concerns. Apart from being an entrepreneur, Mr. Odemayowa is also a philanthropist.
CONSTRUCTION & PROJECTS DIRECTOR, ABUBAKAR SHERIFF
Abubakar Sheriff (B.ENG, MNSE, COREN) is a 1995 Civil Engineering Graduate from the University of Ilorin Nigeria. Since graduation, he has been involved in Construction activities for more than nineteen (19) years. His sphere of experience includes the supervision of the construction of access roads to oil locations, dredging of swamps to accommodate heavier barges, construction of town and village roads with culverts and bridges.
He was with Franki Piles of South Africa between Year 2002 and 2004 and was involved in the construction of major piling and marine contracts. He was also with Grinaker Process Engineering also of South Africa and was the Project Engineer and later Civil Works Manager for the construction of 90 million litres capacity Folawiyo Energy Refined Petroleum Storage facilities in Apapa Lagos between 2005 and 2006. He later worked with CAT Construction Group Limited as a Project Manager between 2006 and 2008 where he handled the construction of infrastructure for two estates in the Lekki axis of Lagos State. He was with Suru Group Limited between 2008 and 2010 where he oversaw the complete renovation of 112 rooms capacity hotel project, construction of 58 units terrace houses, construction of the Group Head Office, construction of 225 rooms hotel and construction of 20 rooms guest house.
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER EKA EKWEM
Eka Ekwem is a graduate of Economics from the University of Calabar. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. She started her career in Human Resources many years ago as Human Resource Officer with Propertymart Real Estate Investment Limited. Before joining Deluxe Residences Limited (DRL), she had a stint with P4PE Institute, a Management Consultancy firm based in Ikeja Lagos as Senior Analyst. She joined the Management Team of DRL as Head, Human Capital. She is a woman with vast knowledge & experience in Management & Consultancy having attended various training courses with many years of experience in HR.
She has professional Masters in Workforce & HR Analytics, Performance Management systems, HR Business Partner & Internal Consulting and Strategic Human Resource Management. She has also attended the Senior Management Programme at the Pan-Atlantic University (Lagos Business School).
COMPANY SECRETARY/GENERAL COUNSEL ADEBANJO OWOEYE
‘Banjo obtained his LL.B from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife more than a decade ago and bagged his B.L from the Nigeria Law School afterwards. Since graduation, he has garnered experience of about a decade in different areas of corporate and commercial law practice especially Real Property, Maritime, Intellectual Property and Probate matters. He worked with Jawondo & Co. a popular Law Firm in Ilorin, Nigeria as a Youth Corp intern after which his performance won him an offer of full employment in the Law Firm. He later joined the Estate of O. Atobatele, then based in Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos, as an in-house Solicitor. There, he managed legal matters relating to the Estate’s real property and shares/securities in more than thirty Nigerian Companies.
He later joined Lexx and Sophy, a Law Firm then based in Maryland, Lagos as an Associate. At Lexx and Sophy, he garnered experience in Real Estate, Shipping/Maritime, Customs, Immigration, Intellectual Property, Energy and Probate Matters.
He later joined Grand Designs Sage Homes Limited, a real estate company, then based in Lekki, Lagos as Head, Legal. At Sage Homes, he was part of all the joint venture transactions, contract negotiation, contract drafting, etc. He also held the position of Company Secretary/Legal Adviser.
He joined Deluxe Residences Limited from inception as Legal Adviser and currently occupies the position of Company Secretary/General Counsel, and heads the Legal Division of the Company.
GENERAL MANAGER, SALES & MARKETING ABIGAIL AMUSHAN
A graduate of Marketing from the Lagos State University (LASU), Abigail is an accomplished and definitive goal-getter, a passionate salesperson and has put in nearly ten years into the profession. She has skills in interpersonal relationships, client generation and retention, networking, relationship management and new market penetration.
She also has expertise in building a strong distribution network for achieving greater market development by fulfilling the following underlying functions: Leading sales teams to achieve sales objectives. Identifying potential customers in the market. Comparing products and their substitutes based on a range of criteria.
She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) and is an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School (LBS).

SIMEON ORIOYE
Simeon Orioye (ACA, MBA) is a B.SC Accounting graduate of the Ondo State, University (Adekunle Ajasin) Nigeria. He holds an MBA from the Lagos State University (LASU) and is also a certified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Nigeria (ICAN).
Orioye has over 12 years work experience spanning across various industries, which includes Virgin Nigeria Airways Limited, where he started off in 2006 as a Customer Liaison Agent and later became a Corporate Finance Officer. In the course of his career in 2011, Orioye worked with Goldbanc Management and Associates Limited, Lagos as a Finance Analyst (Investment Banking & Strategy) and later as the AG, Accountant.
He joined Deluxe Residences in 2016 as a Senior Investment Analyst and rose to the Finance & Investment Manager, where he oversees the Finance & Accounts Division. He currently serves as the Senior Finance & Investment Manager for the company.

BRANDS & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER ESTHER BRIGGS
Esther is a B.SC graduate of Geography & Environmental Management from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. She holds an MS.C in Applied Corporate Branding from the University of Brunel, West London. At Brunel Business School, She handled case study work on various top brands like Star Bucks, IKEA, E.Tautz Fashion and Virgin Atlantic, where she gained great insights and hands-on work experience in corporate communication, strategic marketing and branding.
Esther has worked and developed over 10 years work experience in marketing advisory & business consulting, recruitment, administration, public relations, advertising and branding. Her Vast Experience cuts across different industries such as Real Estate, Banking, telecommunications, Hospitality, Oil and Gas.
Esther joined Deluxe Residences Limited in 2016 as the Brands and Communications Manager. She currently heads the Brands Department for the Cavalli Group and its subsidiaries. She brings on board her astute industry knowledge, immense work experiences and dogged passion for her work,
TOSIN OGUNLADE
Tosin brings to bear a wealth of skills and endless energy. Armed with a first degree in Business Administration from Lagos State University, she enjoys designing new and innovative marketing campaigns around the uniqueness of each property. A believer that details make the difference in Buying and Selling real estate, Tosin is dedicated to every element of her clients’ requirements from start to finish. She assumed her current role at Deluxe Residences in October 2015. Tosin’s customer service and marketing experience cut across various industries ranging from Real Estate, Technology to Banking. Her dynamic career debuted as a Relationship Officer in UBA in 2007.
