PASTOR TUNDE DADA
Can we meet you sir?
My name is Tunde Dada. I am a Pastor in Clam and also Personal Assistant to the great servant of God, Pastor Wole Oladiyun.
How long have you been working with him?
I have been in Clam for 11 years, I have been working with him for almost 10 years now. Working with him has been very challenging and demanding because I work with a leader who is very tough. That is one of the things I have learnt from him. If you looking for a great man of God not just in Nigeria but all over the world. I would rate him as one of them. Pastor Wole is a Christian, he is not just a Pastor. He is someone that desire to make heaven. He is someone that desires to please God in everything he does. By the grace of God, I have worked with him very closely and I also handle his foundation, PAWOF. I see how he gives everything he has to humanity. Up till now, Pastor Wole Oladiyun Foundation, PAWOF has been single-handedly funded by him. Everything he has goes into PAWOF. Paying children school fees, helping the less privilege. There is a children’s ward at Ile-Oluji, his home town. That was 100% funded by him and God’s handmaiden, his wife, Pastor (Mrs.) Bukola Oladiyun. So working with him has been quite insightful for me. I have really learnt a lot from him. I thank God for bringing me to Clam and the opportunity to know him personally.
He is someone that leads by example and I bless God for his life. It was my wife that brought me to Clam. It was one of the solution nights and since that, I have never had any course to regret.
How did you become his P.A.?
It came by revelation. It wasn’t like I came through any advert or referral. When I came to Clam, I joined the Prayer Band. It was a norm at that time to rotate the departments’ coordinators at every two years. I moved from Prayer Band to the protocol department and one day, Daddy called and said he wants me to be his P.A. Before then when I was in the Prayer Band, God has spoken to me to follow him. I always see myself carrying his Bible and his bag in my dream following him. Then I was working in a cooperative organisation in Victoria Island. I have been a dedicated church worker in my formal church since 1991 before I came to Clam, but I never taught I would work for God full time, I only have it in mind to serve God.
I was resisting until he said it, and God told me to go ahead and submit to my master.
How best can you describe him at 60?
To me he looks 40. I do ask myself at times that his this man truly 60. He still have that energy that most of us don’t have. He has that supernatural energy. At 60, Daddy Oladiyun is still strong and vibrant. His mind is as sharp as ever. I want to thank God for the grace God has given him at this age. Even at the age of 90, he will still be doing crusades. I appreciate God for his life. And I wish him happy. This is just the beginning Clam is still expanding at 21 and gate of hell will not prevail in Jesus name.
MR. AYO AROJOGBOYE
Can we meet your sir?
My name is Mr. Ayo Arojogboye. I am the Human Resources and Strategy Manager.
How do you see Clam at 21?
I see that Clam has come a long way and has really done well compared to many ministries that I see around. I would say that where we are now is really commendable and I want to commend the set man, our father in the Lord who is presiding over this ministry.
I think he has some unique qualities and I think that is why we are having and experiencing all these successes. I can mention some of these qualities in him. Some of his uniqueness I found flowing from the altar to the pew, not from the pew flowing to the altar. What I mean is that. There are certain benefits like financial, etc that actually flow from the altar to the pew. In many places that I have passed through or known. It usually flows from the pew to the altar.
He is a unique man of God that cares so much. I have been a recipient of such welfare. My family has enjoyed his unique attention. Here is a man of God that does not feel that it’s his only enclave that can provide everything that his children in the Lord require. I have particularly been sent to another ministry, which is not Clam for some attention and I remembered that when I got to that ministry. I was treated like a King which tells me that this man of God is relevant and he reaches out to other ministries that are not Clam.
Also, this ministry I think I can say when you are here, you don’t particularly need to see the man of God before you hear and get what you need from God. All you need is just to go to the altar, kneel down and pray and God has been giving people testimonies. And I think these are unique things Clam is.
Clam is not just a place of worship, Clam is total, Clam builds a Total man. Clam takes care of everything that man needs.
What is your message for him at 60?
I pray the Lord will keep him and his family. I pray this new age his entering the Lord will place his foot on the higher ground. Up and up he will go in Jesus name. The hands of the Lord that lift up will partner with him in Jesus name.
The Lord will water his life. In the journey of life, he will not feasle out like smoke in Jesus name. He will make it to the end and receive that crown of glory in the name of Jesus.
DR MOYOSORE MAKINDE
Can we meet you ma?
My name is Dr. Moyosore Taiwo Makinde, I am a Consultant family physician, also the Chief Medical Director of Soterial Maternity and Hospital, which was founded by our father in the Lord, Pastor Wole Oladiyun, inaugurated in June, 2015. By the grace of God we have been moving upward, great accolades from visitors, patients and few members from the medical industry.
If I may ask, what kind of man would you say is the set man?
It’s an enormous task describing Pastor Wole Oladiyun. He is a man of many part. I know him first of all to be my boss, also the Senior Pastor of Christ Livingspring Apostolic Ministry. In describing him, I would say he is a father to all of us.
He is not just an employer but a father. He cares for people beyond the job description. He is always interested in seeing go far, no matter who they are or where they come from. He is very passionate about people been well and I think that is one of the reason why Soteria Maternity came to be. Soteria is a greek word for salvation. Even though he involve in deliverance ministry, but he believes that women being free or delivering in very condusive environment is also part of salvation, healing is part of deliverance.
We have people coming into the hospital where their needs are cared for, medical needs, phycological needs, and spiritual needs.
Its part of all that he has envisioned as a Pastor. He always pay for people. Not that he sends people here to do it free, he would still pay for his own pocket to ensure they are okay. If he says go to the hospital, he won’t say we should do it free because he knows money is needed to run the hospital.
That’s one thing I know about him. Apart from that. He interacts with people well, no matter their social economic class and culture. He can speak quite numbers of different languages. Aside from that, he is a visionary. He always sees ahead. He has a lot of projects he is working on. Pastor Wole could be working on 10 projects at the same time and he would pay attention to them. He is able to multi-task, set goal for each and achieve them with the positive use of human resources and financial resources. In addition to this, he is very consistence, you won’t see him start a thing and not complete it. Once he starts something you will see him doing it consistently.
When it also come to academy. He is also interested 100% to impact knowledge in people, being an Engineer.
How do you also see Clam at 21?
Definitely, I would say that it is his perspective on life and the way he has taking the vision God has given him. He sees it as a ministry and he sees it as God’s business that he must give an account for. He is accountable, he has proper document for everything going on in the ministry. Pastor Wole doesn’t do things carelessly. He does things deliberately and intentionally. Making sure that people that aer trained in a particular area handles things for him. I think those are some of the things that has helped the ministry.
What is your message for him at 60?
He would live long in good health. He would not have anything that will undermine his effort. I pray the Lord is going to bless him a thousand times more in Jesus name.
PASTOR GBADEBO ABIODUN
Can we meet you sir?
I am Gbadebo Abiodun, I am the Church Administrator.
How do you see Clam at 21?
I want to thank God for his grace upon our father in the Lord and I want to thank the Lord for how far He has kept the ministry. Looking at where we are coming from, you will know that God has really prospered the ministry. By the grace of God today, we have a hospital, farm settlement and also Pastor Wole Oladiyun Foundation, a foundation that caters for the less priviledge people, by giving them scolarship etc. By the grace of God, we have different centre we have in Lekki, Abuja, UK and we are working on another one in Opic.
They are prayer centres God established through Clam to meet the yearning of the people. And by God’s grace, Clam Prayer Centre in Lekki and Abuja are fulfilling the mandate of God. Also looking at Clam as a church. The church started with one plot of land but by the grace of God today, we reached 6 plots i.e. Clam is sitting on a 5 acres of land here in Omole. We also have more than 150 people that are on pay roll in Clam here i.e. Clam staffs.
How long have you been the Administrator of the church?
I have been working in the church administration since 2009, but I became the Administrator in 2013.
How is it like, working with Pastor Wole Oladiyun?
It is a great priviledge to work with a man of God like him. He is a very humble servant of God. He is a generous person. He is a goal getter and very distinct person. If you are lazy you can’t survive around him. Working with him is a priviledge and he has been like coach in this job. Pastor Wole is not just a Pastor, he is also a season Administrator. Before he gives you a job, he knows what he is expecting from you. All I can say is that God is really helping him.
What is your message for him at 60?
My message for that is very simple. He should work less and rest more. I wish him a happy birthday.
