Nigerian born gospel music singer, Osinachi Kalu, better known as Sinach, has welcomed her first child at the age of 46.
The arrival of her newborn also comes after five years of marriage to Joe Egbu, her husband.
The senior pastor of Christ Embassy, Chris Oyakhilome, disclosed this on Sunday at the Loveworld Convocation Arena, while celebrating members of the church who have excelled in music and arts.
“Thank you for that song, we are all excited with what the Lord has done in your life, of course in the life of many others standing with you here we just love you. And I told them, you just had a baby! so everybody got excited,” Oyakhilome said.
Sinach was also summoned by the clergyman to receive $100,000 for winning the ‘Song Of The Year’ award with ‘There’s An Overflow’, her gospel track.
The gospel vocalist, who is best known for her ‘I know who I am’, got married to her husband, in 2014.
Osinachi has won numerous awards.
The talented songstress has also performed in several countries including Kenya, South Africa, US, Canada, Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, Grenada, Uganda at the Miracle Centre Cathedral, Barbados, The British Virgin Islands, Zambia, Saint Maarten, UK and India.
