The CEO of Atupa Makeover, Abiola Thomas-Ikubese is a professional nurse and creative makeup artist who runs the popular Atupa make studio in Akure. This registered nurse and midwife bagged her RN from the Ondo State School of Nursing, her RM from the Ekiti State School of Midwifery and her BNSc degree in Nursing Science from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). She started professionally 2 years ago and have worked on prominant women like the former First Lady of Ondo state, Mrs Olukemi Mimiko, Mrs Jumoke Abegunde Abena the wife to the Ondo state SSG, Mrs Ajanaku, pretty wife of the CEO First Molac Hotels. Mrs Abiola Thomas-Ikubese fondly called Atupa is the pretty wife of Dr. Thomas-Wilson Ikubese, Chairman Sckye Hospital and diagnostics. Within the space of two years, her brand has become a force to reckon with in the industry.

Talk of one popular makeup artiste that have taken over the beauty industry in and out of Ondo state and Oluwaseun Adejoro Ajongbolo will be mentioned. She is the brain behind Bobbietouch makeup studio located along Oyemekun road. She started her makeup career 3 years ago having passed through Dashing Bride Make-up Studio.

The CEO Joan Ocean Beauty own by Usman Adetutu Bisola is one of the fast rising makeup studios in Akure. This Kogi born makeup artiste had in the last few years made her impact felt in the industry. It will interest you to know that this University of Ado Ekiti graduate of English and Literary Studies had inbuilt passion and love for making people up since her childhood days. It was gathered, she was punished severally during her secondary school days for shaping her brows and that of her friends. She even made-up for 10 of her mates during their valedictory service. All through her days in the university she improved her skills in making people look beautiful and in 2009 during her NYSC service she trained professionally as a make-up artist and today she is 6 years in the field. In the last 6 years Adeola Abayomi-Esan has become a force to reckon with in the beauty industry and her makeup signature speaks for her always. This graduate of Mathematics Science from the university of Ado Ekiti now Ekiti State University is the lady behind Deo Alluring Touch (D.A.T) faces located along Lao Filling Station, opposition Aquinas College, Akure. It was gathered that her passion for make-up started during her days in the university when she was always making up for her friends but her journey into the make-up world started professionally in 2012 after she graduated from House of Tara Makeup School Ikeja, Lagos. Aside from been a specialist in bridal make up, she also runs a beauty salon, as she also deals in various jewelries human hair and sales of makeup product. Adeola is happily married with 2 kids.

Tiwalola Gbakinro Jacob served as makeup artist and studio assistant at House of Tara Makeup and skin care. She is one of the few akure makeup artists that passed through House of Tara and she is doing well. Due to her passion for the beauty world, she proceeded to London College of Makeup in Dubai where she acquired more knowledge. She is today the choice of celebrity women in the state.
