EFCC’s spokesman, Tony Orilade, confirmed that Naira Marley would be charged to court because “There is overwhelming evidence against him.”But the musician’s Management said the EFCC was using the ‘Issa Goal’ singer as “a scapegoat for cybercrime in the nation.” This song caused him a lot of trouble. It led him to prison. Because of the love many artistes and fans had for him, they campaigned to get him out. The Police and EEFC believed they did him badly, but no, all they did was make him more popular. Naira Marley whose real is Azeez Fashola is a father of two, married to a white lady. He left Nigeria for the UK at age 11. Forget that everything out of his mouth is all shiity. Naira Marley was conceived in Agege, Lagos State, Nigeria yet later moved to Peckham, South London when he was just 11-years of age. In the United Kingdom, he started studying at Porlock Hall, then he moved to Walworth School where he received his GCSE. He then proceeded to Walworth School with his qualification and went further to study at Peckham Academy, where he got distinction in Business. Then, Naira Marley proceeded to study at Crossways College where he finished Business Law, so he took a break and started making music till date. He began realising his potentials for singing in the year 2014, Naira Marley found his singing ability when he was asked by his companions to sing in one of their account sessions in the studio which was only a joke. He never knew he had music ability yet in 2014, his companion’s induced him to hit to the studio, and after that, he discharged his first melody, ‘Wed Juana’ ft Max Twigz and it turned into a UK road jam.
He came fully into the spotlight after discharging his tune, ‘Issa Goal’ ft. Olamide and Lil Kesh. From that point forward, he has been having hits consecutively. Naira has two women and four children who are all British. During his case with the EFCC, he said he did not own a laptop but was given one to use temporarily to upload videos on YouTube and even when he was coming down to Nigeria he borrowed his laptop from a friend who owns the Butcher’s and an electronics shop in England because he knew he had to upload videos on his YouTube when he gets here. Talking about his deals, he had a deal with Coca-Cola for the song, Issa Goal which he featured Olamide and Lil Kesh. This song which is currently still a banger on the street attracted deals from Nike to participate in the Nigerian sportswear exhibition.
