Sunday 11th August, 2019 was the day set aside by City People Magazine to celebrate and honour top real estate players in Nigeria. This year’s edition is the 5th City People Real Estate Awards and the event took place at the spacious Times Square Event Centre, 27 Ajao Road, Off Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja-Lagos. Over 60 top real estate players in Nigeria were honoured. Below are some of them.
Mrs. Bamidele Elizabeth (GodMade Homes), won the Best Female Luxury Development Company of the Year Award. Mrs. Ichechi Okonkwo got an award; -Outstanding Female Property Player of the Year Award. Dr. Kennedy Okonkwo was honoured with an award. He got the Doyen of Real Estate of the Year Award. Engr. Lekan Aderinwale emerged the Most Promising Civil Engineer of the Year Award. Prince (Dr.) Kazeem Eletu Odibo got award for his Outstanding CSR Projects in the Lekki Axis. Coveland Limited emerged the Real Estate Revelation Firm of the Year Award. EUC Homes got award of The Best Run Real Estate Firm of the Year Award. Dr. Bamidele Onalaja was honoured the Real Estate Personality of the Year Award. Mr. Odunlade Adekola emerged -Most Outstanding Real Estate Ambassador of the Year Award. RevolutionPlus Property emerged the Most Reputable Real Estate Company of the Year Award. Mr. Olawale Ayilara got The Youngest Real Estate Player of the Year Award. Mrs. Funke Kehinde got Female Realtor of the Year Award. Kings Intercontinental Homes & Properties -Most Enterprising Real Estate Firm of the Year Award. Dr. Ololade Abuta was honoured as the Most Active Female Real Estate Player of the Year Award. Akile Adetola EmmanuelKing was The Most Creative Real Estate CEO of the Year Award. Adron Homes & Properties also rewarded; it got The Most Dynamic Real Estate Company of the Year Award. PWAN Group reward for the Most Impactful Property Firm of the Year Award. Oloori Aderonke EmmanuelKing awarded the Most Enterprising Real Estate Woman of the Year Award. Dr. Augustine & Mrs. Jayne Onwumere, emerged as Most Outstanding Real Estate Couple of the Year Award

LSDPC was also honoured for its remarkable contributions to the Real Estate development in Lagos State. DPkay Homes & Property Ltd was honoured. North West Quadrant Development Company was honoured for its Alaro City Project in Lekki Free Zone. PWAN Haven was also honoured as one of the most outstanding real estate firms for its remarkable performance in the Real Estate Sector. Christal Homes got award for its contribution to the real estate Sector.
Mr. David Ezeodo, was honoured for doing well. Alhaji Muniru Ogunleye also won award. Mrs. Bimbo Ogunnowo-Afolayan also won award. Chief Ishmeal Emeka Udenka was awarded too. Builder (Mrs.) Modupe Ogunbanjo was honoured. Builder Kunle Awobodu won big as well. He got an award for his remarkable contributions to the Real Estate Sector. Lagos Institute of Building also won. KAB Constructions won big award as the most outstanding real estate firms for its remarkable performance in the Real Estate Sector. Aremo Segun Oniru also won for his remarkable contributions to the Real Estate Sector. Ms. Ayobami Kareem-Lawal got a recognition award for its remarkable contributions to the Real Estate Sector. Dr. Harrison Agboifoh got a recognition award for his remarkable contributions to the Real Estate Sector.
Brickhomes Integrated Ltd emerged as one of the most outstanding real estate firms for its remarkable performance in the Real Estate Sector. Bod Properties emerged as one of the most outstanding real estate firms for its remarkable performance in the Real Estate Sector. Femi Ayinuola & Co. also won an award. NUOL Estates won an award for its remarkable contributions to the Real Estate Sector. Dr. Michael Afamefuna Okonkwo got a recognition award for his remarkable contributions to the Real Estate Sector.
Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Lagos State governor was awarded too for his remarkable track records in the Real Estate Sector in Lagos State. Dr. Kadiri Obafemi Hamzat also got one; he was honoured for his remarkable contributions to the Real Estate Sector and Road Construction. Cruxstone Development & Investment Ltd won an award for its new project, Iconic Towers, Victoria Island. Mrs. Bolanle Ogidan was also honoured as one of the most outstanding realtors of the year award.
