Sunday 27th of August, 2023 was another notable date in the Nigerian music industry. It was the day of celebration of good music and great musicians when City People Magazine holds the 2023 City People Music Awards Night. The ceremony is an annual event where the prestigious Magazine celebrates top notch musicians who have been rocking the industry for a while and still remain relevant.
This year’s award was held at the Sidewalk Lounge located at the highbrow Victoria Island, Lagos state. The glamorous event was a special one and was well attended by many music icons of repute. It created the platform where 22 top Nigerian musicians bagged the much-coveted awards on the night.
