Artistes such as Wizkid (former EME), Mayorkun (DMW) Lill Keshi (formerly (YBNL) and many others would not have been known without the resolve of record labels to search for them and unleash their potential to enrich repertoire of music that makes happiness surge in the social scene.
It is an understatement to say that the music acts have become household names in the country.

Teniola Akpata popularly known as Teni came to limelight for co-writing Davido’s single ‘Like Dat ‘and her viral single ‘Fargin’. Dr Dolor Entertainment saw the energy in her and decided to pick her. She has dropped over three singles ‘Pareke’ ‘Wait’ ‘and ‘Askamaya’. Wait gained massive airplay and Teni has been applauded for her unique voice and delivery. Tobechukwu Victor Okoh popularly known as Perruzzi according to entertainment grapevine wrote Fall for Davido. The for your pocket crooner has wowed fans with For Your Pocket remix, featuring Davido. Moreso, his excellent verse in DMW’s collaborative single ‘Mind’, Peruzzi is really building a lasting career and a dedicated fan base. With many singles being recorded including a song with Tuface and a song with Duncan Mighty, the latest addiction to the DMW’s family is ready to take the music industry by storm.
LYTA (YBNL)
Lawal Raheem better known as Lyta first released ‘Time’ featuring Junior Boy and sang with passion about how he prays to get signed on and become a superstar like Wizkid. Little did he know that YBNL Boss, Olamide Baddo, was going to sign him on YBNL soon. With the exit of Lil Kesh; and Adekunle Gold, Olamide was looking for new talents who would fill in the void of his former artistes.
He discovered Lyta, jumped on Time Remix, which was reproduced by ID Cabasa and shot a good video to the remix. Lyta has been hailed as a combination of 9ice, Mayorkun, Wizkid and Kiss Daniel. The young boy is sure ready to smash anyone who stands on his way to stardom in the music industry under YBNL. Time is currently enjoying massive airplay across the country.
IDOWEST (DAVID MUSIC WORLDWIDE DMW)
Adekunle Idowu popularly known as Idowest has made street music take over the music industry, starting from late 2017 to this present moment. With the Shaku Shaku trend and music offerings from the street oriented artists like Slimcase, Mr Real, Zlatan Ibile, Obadice, Bravo G and others. It was no surprise when the signing of street act and Omo Shepeteri crooner, Idowest to Davido music worldwide was announced.
The Omo Shepeteri crooner has a lot of singles in the offing and a trending Omo Shepeteri Remix, featuring Dammy Krane ruling the airwaves, Idowest has taken Nigerian street music to global stage.
TERRI (STARBOY ENTERTAINMENT)
Terri Ryn popularly known asTerri is signed on by Starboy Entertainment after he posted an Instagram video where he covered DJ Jimmy Jatt’s single ft Wizkid entitled: ‘Oshe’. His signing is reminiscent of the way Davido picked up and signed Mayorkun to DMW after Mayorkun posted a video on twitter where he covered Davido’s “The Money” featuring Olamide. With a fine verse on Wizkid’s recently released new single ‘Soco’, he recently dropped a single and we look forward to more fine tracks from Terri before the end of this year .
