Although, Muyiwa was a science student in secondary school, he had always been arts-inclined, because he only thought of ways to be creative. Then, he used to flawlessly sketch and draw without supervision, and he always wanted to write stories for the Nigerian movie industry.

In 1988, he went to meet Shola Ogunshola, also known as Isho pepper with his drama script, but Shola rejected him, with claims that he was too young for the job. After his secondary education, he continued giving his scripts to different people, until he met Charles Olumo, popularly known as Agbako, who eventually gave him his first major contract.

After a while, he met a movie director, S.I Ola, who taught him all he
needed to know about acting and movie production. Following that meeting, he
commenced his acting career officially in 1991. Meanwhile, he produced his first script into a movie, Asise, meaning BLUNDER in 1995.

He attested to the fact that Ori was the best of all, the scripts he wrote, “Ori – fate, I am seriously attached to this film and the theme song. 17 years ago and still fresh in my memory”.

In another post, he wrote, “Ori, my career turning point. This film touched my life despite being the writer, the producer and the director. I still watched it like two weeks ago and still knelt down to thank God for giving me the inspiration for this film. So symbolic in my life”.

Ori is an old Yoruba movie, but a very interesting and intriguing one. It is one of Muyiwa Ademola’s best if not the best. Ori was written, directed and produced by him and was released by Muy Authentic Presentations in 2004.
