Our plan to open more branches this year. Maybe another 4 or 5.”

We have launched 2 estates already in Abeokuta. Oxford Park & Garden at Alabata, very close to FUNAB. The second one is the Manchester Garden at Obada Oko. These two estates are beautifully located. Abeokuta is the commercial centre of Ogun State, we have both the low and high-income earners in the city and we want to ensure that every low-income earner can buy our property as low as 50 thousand naira, 25 thousand naira, every month. You can pay 25 thousand naira every month or pay 1 thousand naira everyday, to become a house owner in any of these two locations. Don’t forget we have many Abeokuta sons and daughters in the diaspora. Our focus is to develop Abeokuta and we want to develop the state. This is our 4th estate in the state”.

The MD also speaks on the attraction of the estate.

“Out number attraction is flexible payment. We allow our subscribers to pay little by little. We call it “PSS” (pay small small). Another attraction is location. These two estates are beautifully located. We have some of the CofOs in process. While some of them already have C of Os” he concluded.
