•As Realtors Also Go Home With Gifts
•At The End Of Year Party In LAGOS
It was a colourful moment at Bespoke Event Centre, Lekki, Lagos a few days ago when popular real estate company, RevolutionPlus Property Company celebrated its staff members, realtors and partners who have supported the brand in the course of the year. The event was the End Of The Year Party and Thanksgiving.
And the event which was graced by the creme de la cream in the society witnessed the presence of popular actor, Odunlade Adekola, gospel singer, Testimony Jaga. The media giants like Dr Seye Kehinde, Brila FM Chairman, Dr Larry Izamoje, made their presence felt. While the CEO’s in the property world also attended. The likes of Reality Point CEO, Mr Debo Adejana, Sterling Homes MD, Kunle Adeyemi, Archview MD, Segun Oshundairo and many others.
The MC at the event, Gbenga Adeyinka, and popular live band musician, Luli’s presence added more colour and glamour to the event.
The venue was beautifully decorated in purple with purple lights.
We can authoritatively tell you that, about 15 luxury cars were given out to staff, realtors and partners of the company. While many of them also went home with Air Conditioning, Microwaves, Phones and many other items.
The first set of awards went out to the best punctual staff. There were male and female categories. There were also award for best-dressed staff and this also cut across the 7 branches of the company.
The first set of awardees went home with microwaves, while the second set got smartphones.
The Group Managing Director, Dr Bamidele Onalaja, thanked his staff, realtors and family for 2021 and also reveals that the company would be having another office in Owerri, Uyo, and north-central soon.
He revealed that the company has birthed another baby as they are ready to launch another Sports betting company called Happy Bet.
During the course of the show, the Ikeja branch of the company was announced best branch and was duly rewarded with a cash gift. Remember, that was the first time the branch would be winning the award. The Lekki and Ibadan branches have won it in the previous years. To say they were happy to have won this year’s award is like stating the obvious.
Let’s also tell you that Revolutionplus property school of Real Estate graduated the first set. It’s a two months programme. There was presentation of certificates to the graduates of the school. The initiative was a laudable one because it’s one of its kind among the real estate developers.
The Media section of the company also won the department of the year award and the plaque was received by Rasaq Doyin, Head of Communication, Brand & Media. They got 500 thousand naira as gift.
The highlight of the event was the 20 Realtors Awards..
The winners of this award went home with all sorts of gifts. The winner of the awards starting from the bottom were given gigantic Air Conditioning for the work well done.
While the top 3 were rewarded with exotic cars.
The other 12 cars were won by staff who have done exceedingly well in the last few months. This staff include Rasaq Doyin, Wale Majekodunmi, Gbenge Adejimi, Idowu Adenike, Aderinmola Olusanya, Wunmi Balogun etc.
The staff of the year goes to Gbenga Adejimi, General Accountant. He was rewarded with a Lexus SUV 470.
While Idowu Adenike was elevated from her Corolla sport to SUV car. It was a beautiful night for the stall in general, as the majority of them went home with one gift or another.
We can’t forget Akinropo Ismalia from the Ibadan branch who was also honoured with a Camry Toyota. Also Adebukola Ademola; also got a car. Doyin Rasaq also got a beautiful car for a job well done.
