Pinnock Beach Estate is located in Osapa (London), approximately at the 4th Roundabout on the Lekki-Epe Expressway within the neighbourhood of Mobil Filling Station and behind Femi Okunnu Housing Estate. It is by Circle Mall Jakande just a little farther down from Friends Colony Estate in the same axis.
