DIG JOHNSON BABATUNDE KOKUMO

DIG JOHNSON BABATUNDE KOKUMO, psc(+), mni who doubled as the Deputy Inspector-General of Police representing/supervising the Southwest Zone, and the DIG in-charge of Force Criminal Intelligence and Investigation Department (FClID) was born to the family of High Chief Jacob O. Kokumo, Baale Alimosho town, and Lady Elizabeth Kokumo in Lagos, where he had his primary and secondary education. He graduated with a second-class Upper, combined Honours degree in Sociology and Anthropology in 1982 from the University of Maiduguri. He attended the University of Lagos, where he bagged Master of Science degree in Sociology with a specialization in Criminology in 1984. In the course of his career, he served the NPF in various capacities including but not limited to the following: CP Force Armament, two-time CP Edo State, CP Osun State, AIG Federal Operations, AIG Zone 2 Command, Lagos, DIG Research & Planning Department. The thoroughbred professional is a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police, American Society of Criminology, Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences, and American Sociological Association, among others An alumnus of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies is truly happily married to Chief Mrs Irene Afolashade Kokumo (nee Gbadebo), a retired Permanent Secretary.

AIG ISAAC AKINMOYEDE

AIG ISAAC AKINMOYEDE pSC, fdc, MNIM was born on 04/04/1966 in Lagos. He had his primary

and secondary education in Lagos. Attended University of Ibadan and bagged B.Sc (Hon) Chemistry. Joined Police Academy as Cadet ASP on 15/03/1988. Was Commissioner of Police in Plateau and Imo States. Was AIG Zone 17 Akure, Zone 5 Benin and Zone 9 Umuahia. Attended National Defence College in 2017. Served last at Zone 9 Umuahia. He is happily married.

AIG OLATUNJI OLUMUYIWA AKINGBOLA

AIG OLATUNJI OLUMUYIWA AKINGBOLA psc(+), MNIM, AMNIPR, fsi had his primary and secondary education in Lagos and Ondo States and later bagged B.sc (Hons) and M.sc degrees in Political Science from the Universities of Ibadan and Lagos. He has served as the Commandant, Police Detective College, Enugu, Force Quartermaster, and Commissioner of Police, Benue State. He was the Chief of Operstions (Civilian Pollee) of the African Union Mission in Sudan (AM IS) between 2006 & 2007. He is an alumnus of the Institute of Security Studies, Abuja. He retired as the AIG, Special Protection Unit ( SPU). He is happily married to Mrs. Solape Akingbola & blessed with two sons – Bidemi & Ibukun-Oluwa.

AIG AMIENGHEME ANDREW

AIG AMIENGHEME ANDREW psc+, fdc. Graduated as as one the pioneers in Economics and Statistics in Bendel State University Ekpoma now Ambrose Ali University. Has a Masters Degree in Public Administration Lagos State University. Served in Bendel State, Lagos State, Oyo State, FPPRO, Kwara State, Edo State, Staff College Jos, Bayelsa State, Fed Ops, Zone 6 Calabar. Attended Course at National Defence College, Command Commissioner of Police Akwa Ibom, Assistant Inspector General of Police Research and Planning Department. MISSIONS attended : United Nations Missions in Bosnia Hesgovania, United Nations Mission on Kosovo and African Mission in Dafur Sudan.

AIG AMECHI ELUMELU

AIG AMECHI ELUMELU was born to the family of Late ACP Celestine Elumelu (Rtd) and Mrs Stella Elumelu in Ibadan, Oyo State. He had his primary education in Sacred Hearts Convent Primary School in Ibadan and Secondary Education in Christ School, Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State. He obtained his first degree in Economics from the University of lIorin in 1985. Early in his career, he worked in various operational and administrative roles in Edo. Delta and Rivers Police Commands. He was the Aide-de-Camp to former Former First Lady of Nigeria. Late Mrs Stella Obasanjo, between 1999 and 2005. He is the pioneer head of Support Group and Training. National Counter Terrorism Centre, Office of the National Security Adviser, between 2011 and 2015. He worked in the Force Criminal Investigations Department for 12 years; in which time he served as the head of the X·Squad between 2017 and 2022. He is one of the foremost Counter Terrorism experts in the country ‘and holds a post-preduete degree in Terrorism and Security Studies from Baze University (Nigeria) and a doctorate degree in Counter Terrorism and Crisis Management from the prestigious Commonwealth University (UK). He is an International Resource Person for various International Organizations including Interpol and the Global Counter Terrorism Forum. He served on various Presidential Committees including the Presidential Advisory Committee on the Elimination of Drug Abuse, Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council, Presidential Criminal Justice Reform Committee, Presidential Counter Terrorism Crisis Response Working Group and Presidential Steering Committee on Criminal Justice Reform and Rule of Law. He is an avid sportsman and traveller. He has visited over 70 countries and enjoys playing golf, squash, boxing and swimming. H. is a family man, devout christian and prayer warrior. He retired as the head of the Nigeria Police CounterTerrorism Unit.

AIG NGOZI VIVIAN ONADEKO

AIG NGOZI VIVIAN ONADEKO nee Ogu psc, MNIM, fdc had her primary and secondary education in Aba and Owerri. She was a pioneer student of Imo State University where she bagged a Bsc(Hons) Sociology and Msc degree from University of Lagos.AIG Ngozi served at various Commandslformations as CP Training Dept of Training and Development, CP OYO State Command, AIG Armament and lastly AIG Training, DTD.

AIG EBOKA FRIDAY

AIG EBOKA FRIDAY was born on 12th September 1963 in Boji Boji Agbor, to the family of Michael Dibie Eboka and Comfort Eboka both of Alsimie in Ika South LGA of Delta State. He obtained his first school leaving certificate in Agbor Model Primary School and his School Certificate at Ekuku Agbor Grammar School before proceeding to University of Nigeria Nsukka where he bagged BSc. Hons in Political Science in 1985. He served the nation under the NYSC programme in Kano before being enlisted as a cadet ASP in 1988. He ‘served in various state COMMANDS and formations including Delta, Rivers, Sokoto, Lagos, Ondo, Force Headquarters Abuja, Kano and Zone 2 Lagos, before he was promoted to the rank of Commissioner of Police and posted as Cp Railway. A year later, he was redeployed to Rivers State as command Cp where he served until he was promoted AIG and posted to Zone 16 Yenagoa where he retired honorably. He is happily married and blessed with wonderful children.

AIG ADESINA SOYEMI

AIG ADESINA SOYEMI was born in Abeokuta where he had his primary school education, in one of the prominent schools in the city. After obtaining his First School Leaving Certificate, he proceeded to the famous Rev Kuti Memorial Grammar School Abeokuta for his secondary education. This led him to another citadel of learning, the world-renowned OAU [Obafemi Awolowo University] Ile Ife, for his First-degree programme. On completion, he proceeded to the compulsory one-year National service in the then Sokoto State. He enlisted as a cadet Asp in the NPF in 1988. On commission, he had served in various capacities and commands which included but were not limited to the following: Ogun, Zone 2 command, Police Detective College Enugu, Osun states etc. He equally served as Cp Fed Ops and Cp Nasarawa command. His last posting

before proceeding on retirement was AIG In Charge Zone 4 Makurdi. He is married with children.

AIG ASAFA ADEKUNLE RAFIU

AIG ASAFA ADEKUNLE RAFIU PSC(+). was born in Ijebu Igbo Ogun State. Had is Primary School education in Ijebu Igbo Ogun State and his secondary education in lIobu Osun State. He later attended University of Jos where bagged B. Sc (Hons) in Geography. He enlisted in Nigeria Police Force as a Cadet ASP in 1988 as one of the Pioneers of Police Academy. He served in various commands and formations, such as Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ondo, Niger, Abia, Kwara and Abuja. He attended various courses in Police Staff College Jos. He served as Commissioner of Police, SERVICOM FHO Abuja, The Commandant Police College Ikeja where he was promoted to an enviable Rank of AIG. He was the AIG ZONE 8 LOKOJA until he retired. He is happily married with Children.

AIG EDWARD CHUKWUKA EGBUKA

AIG EDWARD CHUKWUKA EGBUKA was born in Port Harcourt, 12 July 1965, and hails from Ezinihitte LGA in Imo State. Literally born into a Police family (his father Chief SI Egbuka, was Adc to the then Governor of Eastern Region – Dr Akanu Ibiam and mother, late Cp AI Egbuka, rtd, was the first woman Commissioner of Police of Igbo extraction). He had his primary and secondary school education at Ekulu Primary School, Enugu and FGC, Jos respectively. Also has BA (Hon) History (University of Calabar 1986) and LLB (University of Science and Technology Ph 2006). Attended several courses and held various positions in the NPF including Civil Police Observer in Rwanda (UNAMIR), Asst Force Secretary, CP Operations (Adm), Communications, Plateau and Kogi States. Last served as AIG Zone 14, Katsina. Happily married to Eziokwu Egbuka and they are blessed with four children.

AIG OLAWALE TAOHEED OLOKODE

AIG OLAWALE TAOHEED OLOKODE. (Psc). was born in Abeokuta, Ogun State. Attended K. Kotun Nurs/Pry School, Surulere; and Ansar Ud Deen College, Isolo, both in Lagos. Had a Bsc (Hons) degree in Sociology in 1984, at the University of Ibadan. Also has a diploma certificate in Law, from Lagos State University (LASU). He served, i.e., NYSC in Offa, Kwara State. Was a Nigeria Police Academy’s Cadet Asp in 1988.Served outstandingly well as P.A to a CP, two-time ADC to Gov. Segun Osoba of Ogun State. Also, as Ao, Dto, Dpo, and Area Commander in several states. Was Deputy Commissioner of Police in Charge INEC hqtrs. He was in Kano as Dc Ops, and in Ogun and Jigawa Commands as Dc DFA. As Commissioner of Police, he was CP Border Patrol, and CP Osun State Command; from where he was promoted to the enviable rank of an Assistant Inspector General of Police, and posted as AIG in charge, Zone 12, (Bauchi and Gombe) Commands. Has attended several courses and a member of many professional bodies and social clubs. Married to Mrs Oluyemisi Olokode and blessed with glorious children.

AIG ABUTU YARO

AIG ABUTU YARO. Fdc. Born on 03/10/64 in Dekina, Kogi State where he had his primary and secondary education. Attended Ahmadu Bello University and graduated with B.A. (Hons) in Public Administration. Appointed as Cadet ASP , Nigeria Police Academy. Retiring today as AIG Zone 13 , Anambra State, he had served as Commissoner of Police, Zamfara, Imo and Edo States respectively. As Deputy Commissioner of Police, he worked as DC General Investiations and Financial Malpratices under the Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID). AIG Abutu Yaro Fdc, graduated from the National Defence College where he was awarded a fellowship of Defence College (fdc) He is married to Hajia Jumai Abutu Yaro and the the union is blessed with 3 Sons,

CP ADETOKUMBO OWOLABI

CP ADETOKUMBO OWOLABI was born in London on 29th May 1964 and hails from Ogori-Magongo LGA of Kogi State.He is an alumnus ofthe prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria as well as the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom. He is also a distinguished Chevening Scholar (2003;) and an alumnus of the United States sponsored International Visitor Leadership Program (lVLP), 2013. He· has had stints with the United Nations & African Union Peacekeeping Missions in Rwanda (1994), Liberia (2005) , and Sudan (2006). He was privileged to serve as the Force Communications Officer, Commissioner of Police, Anambra State and lastly Director Operations, NCCSALW/ONSA whilst in service.

CP SELEM VINCENT AMACHREE

CP SELEM VINCENT AMACHREE. Esq. psc (+). ampnm, Ph.D(hco)is a Barrister at Law and hails from Buguma. A graduate of the prestigious Uniport in Political Science and Public Administration, Also Unilag diploma in Terrorism & Counter Terrorism. He meritoriously served as PAiPSO to numerous command CPs, was in U.N. Peace Keeping mission at UNMIBH, DPO of several DHOs, O/C & DCP Legal/Prosecution, SFU & FCID, FHO, DCP CPP Project FHO, Zonal CID Zn3, DC Admin PAP, DC Dops Niger, DC Admin Bayelsa, & Director Field Studies PSC, Jos, CP APOC, HO, MMIA Ikeja Lagos. Member of NBA, ADR, IACP. Happily married with awesome children and in-laws.
