Thursday, 13th April 2023 was a day of celebration as management, staff, clients and well wishes of Iloshe Properties and Investment Limited gathered at its head office in Agege to mark the 6th year anniversary of the company.
Iloshe Properties and Investment Limited is one of the fastest growing company in the industry. It has recorded track records of service delivery to clients who long to own their property.
The MD of company, Babatunde Oluwatimilehin, in his speech appreciated the chairman of Iloshe Properties and Investment Limited, Engineer Mike Gbenga for his visionary push which has led the company on the right, achieving a lot within 6 years.
“Special thanks to Almighty God for making this journey possible even from inception for without God nothing is possible. My special thanks to the CHAIRMAN/CEO of Iloshe Properties and Investment ltd: ENGR MIKE GBENGA FABIYI for not giving up on his dreams even when it seems all hope was lost. He persisted in pursuit of this lofty dream and here we are celebrating 6 wonderful years of making land and housing affordable to all classes of people within and outside Nigeria.
He also acknowledged top management of the company, staff, realtors and clients who have been supportive over the years.

He therefore reeled out the many successes recorded over the years while the spoke on plans to keep the company up there in years to come.

The vision remains the same but it’s becoming clearer and bigger as we have been able to deliver 500 plots of land to clients, cooperative societies and organizations,
We have also been able to partner with the Federal Mortgage bank in making housing accessible and affordable to Nigerians.
“The company also have been able to execute some government projects successfully in Nigeria. The company has been able to produce great outstanding realtors through trainings and mentorship programs being organized by the company.
“The company has also been able to perform its Cooperate Social Responsibilities (CSR) by giving scholarships to students who have lost all hope of going back to school which still runs till date, the company have been able to empower some youth economically by providing trainings and creating a partnership platform for them to create and make wealth.
However, we take into cognizance that the race to success in this industry is not to the faint hearted or to the lily livered. It is to the strongest and the bravest so as a company we will be diversifying into other sectors of the economy such as Oil&Gas, Travels & Tours, Hotels etc.
