SHOWCASES WORKS OVER 10 GREAT YABATECH ALUMNI
Lagos is set to come to full life on Saturday 8th July 2023 as renowned artist and painter, Patrick Oduone holds an Art Salon titled ‘Constellation’.
The Art exhibition will be on for two weeks, starting from 8th July to 22 July 2023. It will be held at the Quintessence in Parkview Estate, Ikoyi Lagos.
The exhibition is meant to showcase the artworks of great visual art graduates at the prestigious Yabatech from 1997 to 1999. It will thereby feature works of the likes of Idowu Sonayqa, Desmond Debre, Slyvester Aigbogun, Babatunde B.B., Patrick Oduone, Dotun Alabi, Ajayi Porter, Abisola Cole, Olusegun Savage, Francis Nja, Olusegun Mokayi, Norbert Okpu and Taiwo George-Taylor.
The exhibition is truly the constellation of artworks from the above-named artists who are alumni of the great institution, Yabatech. The Organiser of the show, Patrick Oduone is a Delta-born and native of Itsekiri in Warri. He is a portraitist, realist, surrealist and a christian painter of repute. He is a multiple award-winning artiste. He has participated in numerous exhibitions home and abroad. He has indeed done well in organising the much anticipated Art Salon Constellation to Lagos for the world to come see and appreciate the good works of artistes who graduated from his alma mater between 1997 and 1999.
