… AMIDST JUBILATION BY RESIDENTS
It was a momentous outing in Ikorodu the bustling commercial and high-density suburb of Nigeria’s commercial city, Lagos, as residents trooped out en mass on Friday, September 20, 2024 to welcome Chief Obinna Iyiegbu, also known as Obi Cubana, Chairman of Cubana Group as well as Chairman of Enviable Transport, alongside Chukwuemeka Ituma, Managing Director of Enviable Transport as they led other dignitaries to the official unveiling of a newly established showroom and retail outlet for tricycle sales, servicing, and distribution.
At the event, Obi Cubana said “You can see we opened our ultra-modern outlet here in Ikorodu. You can see the outpouring of love, you can see the number of people that came around, rejoicing with us, and the weather has been so temperate also
“We chose Ikorodu to bring this showroom here in Lagos because it suits the needs of this environment. We want to fulfil the needs of the people for easy and convenient transportation.
“We also want to do this in a world-class environment reason why we took up this unique building here, a structure like this that has all the facilities and functionalities of a modern business such as Enviable Transport, in a decent environment and very accessibility from any part of Ikorodu and environ.
“You can see from the operation, the welcome centre to the showroom itself, to the warehouses to the service centre, to all the offices including Admin, Accounts, you can see this is what is obtainable in any part of the world”
Speaking further Obi Cubana said “Today is a great day for me, as you can see me beaming with smiles, I am so happy because we have been able to achieve that dream that we have always had which is taking the business to the grassroots where people need it and then modifying it in such a way that the people here will feel beloved,
“What you see in Lagos Island, what you see in Abuja and all the other big city centres is what we have brought here to Ikorodu, that is the reason why I am personally here to be part of the opening of this showroom and we are also employing people from within here in Ikorodu”
