On October 11, 2024, Event Diary Lifestyle will host the second edition of the International Day of the Girl Child celebration through its Young Girls In School initiative. The event, themed “Girls’ Vision for the Future”, will take place at Top Teezs Academy, Ojodu Abiodun, starting at 10:00 AM. This year’s celebration will focus on promoting gender equality and championing girls’ rights for a better tomorrow, in line with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The event aims to inspire and empower young girls aged 13 to 16, fostering leadership, confidence, and a vision for their future. More than 5 schools from the Ojodu Abiodun area will participate, bringing together students, educators, and leaders passionate about this important cause.
