Try MERINGUE For Your Christmas Table

Hello everyone, by now the Christmas preparation should have gotten to the peak at your homes, yes we all love Christmas like that.

One thing that can make your Christmas table look daintily gorgeous are Meringue cookies, this beauty is sure to make your guests wonder what you have set on the table, especially when piped with a lovely nozzle.

So for our #AmazingChristmas Table, we need just Eggs, Vanilla essence and Sugar to create this dessert

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Egg Whites • Half Cup of Sugar • Half teaspoon of Vanilla.

 

PREPARATION

  • In a clean bowl, crack eggs and separate egg whites from yolks carefully, making sure that the yolks do not go into the egg white bowl • Whisk with an electric mixer until soft peak forms, then begin to add the sugar one spoon at a time. Whisk till sugar is completely melted. Continue whisking until the peaks become stiff (it can stand when the mixer is lifted) • Spoon into a pipping bag with a lovely nozzle attached • Pipe unto a lined baking tray • Heat in a preheated oven (Reduce the oven temperature to about 125 or medium) for 45 minutes to an hour. Allow to rest in the oven for another hour then enjoy as dessert • It is better prepared ahead for Christmas, may be on Christmas eve then you can oven dry it by Christmas morning ahead of your #AmazingChristmastable.
