It was a classy party held in Abuja last week. The venue was the prestigious Transcorp Hilton Hotel in Abuja, truly a venue where anyone would dream to celebrate a birthday party. It began as a clandestine gathering of close friends and family of the Ayeye household. But the purpose was simply to surprise the delectable celebrant, Mrs. Olubunmi Victor Ayeye who just turned a year older on Wednesday 1st August 2018.
Pastor (ESV) Otunba Victor Ayeye undeniably left no stone unturned with the sublime decision to bring in the highly rated and contemporary awe-inspiring live band musical artiste, Kay Wonder, who greatly impressed the crowd with his sonorous voice and grand lyrics. Friends and family had gathered by 6pm, but the party began at some minutes past 7pm when Pastor (ESV) Otunba Victor Ayeye led his wife and children into the venue, the Transcorp Hilton, Abuja. Off course, the wife and children knew nothing of what laid ahead of them. The amazement from his wife and children knew no bounds as they discovered that this party was a birthday party in honour of Mrs. Olubunmi Victor Ayeye, their mother and best friend. Friends and families had different words of excitement to share about the celebrant. Everyone convincingly expressed one basic thought- the celebrant is a woman of humility, a woman of great care and one who would go any length to support a virtuous course for anyone.
Whats more, the husband, and organizer of the surprise birthday party, Pastor (ESV) Otunba Victor Ayeye, couldn’t help but express his passion for his wife and how she has been the pillar of love, understanding and support in all his life. He had great words of gratitude to share about how his wife had constantly been there for him even when he couldn’t boast of anything but his faith in God and his belief in a bright future.
Pastor (ESV) Otunba Victor & Mrs. Olubunmi Ayeye are the owners of the prestigious King’s Care Universal School, located in Lugbe Abuja, while Pastor Victor Ayeye is the Principal partner at Ayeye & Co Estate Surveyors & Valuers, a thriving firm with a knack for client satisfaction. They are both blessed with 4 children. And they are the Pastors of Redeemed Christian Church of God, Lugbe FHA Parish.
Many people honoured the lovely couple. For those who don’t know Victor Ayeye well, lets quivkly tell you a little about this big name in the real estate sector in Abuja. He is the founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Ayeye & Co, a leading firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers with about 20 years experience in the real estate sector.
He holds a Higher National Diploma in Estate Management with a grade of Upper Credit from Osun State College of Technology, Esa-Oke where he won the Best Graduating Student Prize in Estate Management and capped it recently with the Most Valuable Alumnus Award (MVA) by the faculty of Environmental Studies of the same institution. He is also equipped with a Masters degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, (LAUTECH) Ogbomoso, Oyo State. In addition, he is an alumnus of Lagos Business School.
He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, (FNIVS), Fellow of the Corporate Administration Institute (FCAI), Fellow of the Institution of Management Consultants (FIMC) and a United Kingdom Certified Management Consultant (CMC)
Ayeye is the immediate past Honourary National Secretary, a former Hon. National Publicity Secretary and Current Council Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). He is also a member of various real estate related professional bodies which includes amongst others, International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) Paris, France, International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Africa Real Estate Society (AFRES) etc.
Victor Ayeye is the Chairman Governing Board of Kings Care Universal School, Board Member, Whitefield Hotels Ltd and former Board Member of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria.
In December 2012, Ayeye was ranked among The Top 20 Most Respected Young CEO’s in Nigeria by Accolade Communications where he emerged the winner of the “Young Enterpreneur Of The Year Award” at the 5th African Leader Par Excellence award 2012.
Reciprocity recognition of his landmark contributions to service includes: Nigeria Real Estate Practitioners Gold Award (2010), *2011 Enterprise Leadership award of the Institute of Corporate Administration, *Noble Achievers International Partner in Service Award (2012) * NIESV President Service Award (2016), *Nigerian Entrepreneur Merit Award: Estate Surveyor & Valuer of the year 2017. *African Entrepreneur Merit Award for Excellence and Business Innovation 2017, *2018: Institute of Corporate Administration Icon of Excellence Award.
A widely travelled professional, he has attended conferences and seminars both locally and internationally in his quest to render an unbridled professional service to his clients, and to remain relevant in service to humanity.
