Pan African real estate company, Adron Homes And Properties has revealed the plan to build 10,000 housing units in the first quater of the year 2020
According to the GMD, Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, this project is contribution to solving Nigeria’s huge housing deficit which currently stands at over 16.1 million housing units. The GMD stated that the project is part of the Adron Everywhere Vison to make one out of every five Nigeria a land owner.
“We intend to roll out 10, 000 housing units in the first quater of the year in major parts of our coverage areas across Nigeria.
As a company, we don’t run into issues of land litigation and we assure that our lands do not have any sort of administrative and legal bottlenecks, we intend to be able to achieve this before the end of the first quarter.
Adron GMD also disclosed prospects can pay as low as 40,000 monthly or 2000 daily to key into the existing plans.
