ABOUT THE VENUE
Unlike the past Lemon events that were usually held on the Mainland in Lagos, Adron Homes decided to take this year’s Lemon Friday to the Island to have a change of scene. It was held at the Federal Palace Hotel in V.I. The choice of Federal Palace Hotel was a best choice, as the venue, that boasts of over 3,000- sitting capacity was filled to the brim. There were provisions for every category of guests, which included the prospective, partners, clients and customers. Each VIP ticket, gave admission to two persons and every guest was treated with utmost hospitality. The venue also made it easy for guests to easy drive their vehicles from the venue and the traffic was friendly too.

Oluwakemi Arewa is a TV personality and one of the directors of Adron TV. She took charge as The anchor of the day. Her delivery was superb. She intermittently came on stage and made every guest aware of what to come. Need we tell you she is one of the Lemon-compliant members of Adron’s family? ALL REGIONS STAFFERS ROCK THE LEMON ON RUNWAY
The Action staffers of Adron Homes generated much buzz online as the event was streamed live by the City People’s Online team. Adron ladies spotted lemon-themed clothes, men donned lemon suits, dabbed their faces with handkerchief.
The 6th edition of the Adron festival of lemon featured key influencers, marketers and enthusiasts, who have performed exceptionally in 2018, as they exhibited various shades of Lemon designs
The session, was planned to showcase the fashion sense of Adron Staffers
Cladding in a well-designed outfits, the unbeatable team from Ibadan and the Abuja regions hit the runway in style and glamour. They fascinated the audience with an enthralling cat walk and an appealing attitude. The lions of Broadstreet and Ogun Region staffers equally delivered, in a display that induced a thunderous applause.

Anyone who thinks moms can’t be fashionable clearly missed the displayed at the last Adron Festival of Lemon.
Pregnant members of staff of Adron Homes went down the runway and cat walked, also rocking the lemon-themed outfits.
MC GORDON CRACKED RIBS
The 6th edition of Festival of Lemon showcased comedy at its finest with amazing performances from some of Nigeria’s finest talents.
Humour merchant, Gordons, literally cracked ribs of guests and dignitaries present at an event recently held at the Battle of the Gifted in Abuja. The seasoned comedian proved his mettle as one of the funniest rib crackers in the country. He also proved his competence beyond rhetorics when he got the GMD, Oba Adetola Emmanuelking, reeling in laughter, which was as a rarity. The richness of Gordon’s ingenuity in comedy was so palpable, the crowd demanded more in a well-attended event, which also had many dignitaries in attendance.
ADRON’S AMBASSADOR,SAIDI BALOGUN, TURNS UP
Veteran movie actor, producer, director and Ambassador of Adron Homes, Saidi Balogun, was at the event live to support the brand. The actor, who also doubles as a compere, participated in presentation of awards to recipients of special recognition and outstanding performances among staff and vendors. He rocked white Agbada with Lemon signature cap.
DJ SWITCH LIGHTS UP THE HALL
Award-winning female Disc Jockey, DJ Switch, took the crowd to a higher level of excitement with her exceptional skill on the disc. The crowd could not help, but sing along as the sensational female DJ, engaged them with various hit songs. She really locked down the show with her wheel of steel.
FRANK EDWARDS PERFORMS
Award-Winning Gospel Act, Frank Edwards, was one of the performers at the 6th edition of Adron Festival of Lemon, and as usual didn’t disappoint. The singer got people on their feet with his unique voice in the delivery of worship songs that guests would always remember.
ADRON’S YOUNGEST LANDLORD AND AMBASSADOR, VANNESSA
Young and dynamic entertainer, Vannessa, held nothing back as she stepped on stage to put up an awesome performance. She was agile and energetic. Her connection with the crowd was superb, as everyone sang along with the 7-year-old songstress. Her performance was excellent.
KENNY BLAQ’S PERFORMANCE
Kenni Blaq has proved, with his performance at the Adron Festival of Lemon, why he is the most popular stand-up comic act in the last couple of years, Otolorin Kehinde Peter has carved a niche for himself in the industry. His unique style of infusing popular music and satire into his performance earned him the most sought-after spot in comedy. The crowd went wild as he stepped on the stage and held nothing back within the 20 minutes period he performed. He spiced up the event with creative tunes carved from popular naija street hit
SLIMCASE RAISES THE ROOF
Rave of the moment, Slimcase, who was also at the event live, dished out scintillating performance to the pleasure of guests. His energetic performance was completely loaded and crowd went tumultous at the event Slimcase continuously dished out his hit songs.
DBANJ’S LEGENDARYPERFORMANCE MADE HEADLINES
DB records’ boss and legendary singer, Dbanj, was a major show stopper at the Adron Festival of Lemon. His performance brought a mixed emotions as the cheering crowd witnessed the emotional side of him, when he called up Adron’s youngest landlord and ambassador, Vannessa, on stage.” He commended her for her decision to start early and pledged to support her musically. The crowd cheered more as DBanj shared the stage with Little Vanessa to sing along as he dished out one of his evergreen hits “Olorunmaje”
MY MUM LEFT ME, WHILE I WAS A BABY, LITTLE VANESSA RECOUNTS
In the euphoria of the outstanding performance delivered on stage, DBanj requested to see the parents of little Vanessa and only her father came up. While wondering if Vanessa’s mum was not at the concert , Vanessa took the microphone and told DBanj, “My mummy left me, while I was a baby”. Her statement hit many. DBanj looked so concerned that he held little Vannessa, and said, “what some of are looking for, is what some people are abandoning. He assured little Vannessa of his support. He called on Masterkraft, who was also at the event, to state his pledge for little Vanessa. Masterkraft also pledged to produce Vanessa for a whole year.
ADRON BOSS SIGNS ON DBANJ AS AMBASSADOR
Adron’s boss, Oba Adetola Emmanuelking, after watching D’Banj’s kind gesture towards little Vanessa, declared that DBanj has officially become Adron Homes latest Brand Ambassador. According to him, Adron saw and felt the same compassion for the youngster immediately he saw her perform and the Emmanuelking family has adopted her as one of their own. He appreciated D’Banj for his kind gesture and commitment towards developing the music industry. Oba Adetola Emmanuelking’s declaration attracted cascades of encomia and ovation. He showed his clients and prospective customers that he’s more about people’s happiness and fulfillment than being after their money.
DAVIDO’SCURTAIN-DRAWING PERFORMANCE
Thousands of fans were thrilled as a multi-award-winning singer; Davido, delivered an energetic performance at the Festival of Lemon.
The FIA crooner was the last Nigerian artiste on the performance list at the event. He stormed the stage with his first hit, Damiduro, and did a few stunts of his new hits from Fia, If, Fall and Wire.
The night also witnessed ‘A’-list society women and men, the man behind the festival as Oba Adetola Emmanuleking, watched from the side of the stage with his wife, Yeye Ronke.
CITY PEOPLE RECEIVES PRINT MEDIA AWARD
Adron Homes and Properties Firm, while rewarding clients, workers, partners, and vendors, recognised the contribution of Nigeria’s oldest softsell magazine, City People, for its contribution towards the development of Real Estate business in Nigeria and its support for Adron Homes.

When Adron Homes organises an event, there is no contest in the area of hospitality. Every attendee would surely get filled with food and drinks. Ripples Catering was solidly on ground with its team of food vendors standing beside every table to take an order. Various local and continental foods were on the menu list for guests to choose from.
SAGRIELL SERVED THE DRINKS.
Nigeria’s number one hospitality brand, Sagriell, was charged with the drinks and it did justice to serving every guest’s table. Every table of 6 had a big bowl of exotic wine and beverages, all steeped in particles of an icebox. The ushers were active and ready to attend to guest at the slightest indication of a request.
