I am contesting for the presidency of Nigeria in order to lead a search for the nationhood of the country, a presidential aspirant on the platform of People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Senator Anyim Pius Anyim, has revealed.
Anyim who was a former President of the Senate, made the declaration in Ibadan during a visit to the Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde. He noted that most of challenges facing Nigeria today are political, adding that he is out to provide solution and necessary leadership that would chat a new course for the country.
Anyim promised that he would not only stabilise, but also put the country on the path of progress and prosperity. He insisted that Nigeria was in search of nationhood and in search of her conscience, “I know the problems and I want to lead the search for the nationhood of the country to get a conscience.
