Over the weekend, Banky W received Broad Award‘s Certificate in recognition of Outstanding Performance; the award was presented to him by SA Media to Lagos State Speaker, Mr. Opetuyi, and Mrs. Tope Mark Odigwe. The Broad Awards founder, Prince Bobola Alasoadura, popularly known as Bob Alash, said,

“Banky W was honored because he has made a significant contribution to the media industry.”

Regarded as the Premier Media Awards ceremony in Nigeria, Broad Awards monthly honours Outstanding Achievements in Media & Entertainer/Entrepreneur contributing to the growth of media, media outlets, intellectuals and community; it’s annual media event in Lagos attracts thousands of Nigerians and the monthly celebration of media practitioners via the “Meets Media” platform.

The award certificate which was presented to the R&B star at the February Edition of “Meets Media” monthly gathering of media practitioners was attended by Doris Simeon, Harrysong, Bryan Okwara, Tope Mark Odigwe, Isabella Akinseye and top media personalities; see photos below.
