President Muhammadu Buhari has chose not to sign two bills forwarded to him by the National Assembly.
The two bills are the University of Wukari establishment bill, 2017 and Chartered Institute of Treasury Management establishment bill 2017.
Senate President Bukola Saraki read two letters from the President where he explained his decision not to sign the bills on the floor of the Senate on Tuesday.
