MUSTAPHA Weds ALIMODU SHERIFF’s Daughter, FATIMO
Barely 3 weeks after Borno billionaire, Mohammed Indimi’s son Ahmed Indimi got married to President Mohammed Buhari’s Daughter, Zahra Buhari, another Son of Indimi, Mustapha weded again last week Saturday 14th of January 2017 in grand style. Yes! Mustapha Inidmi weds his long time beau, Fatimo among cheers and pageantry.
Fatimo is the pretty daughter of PDP Chairman and former Borno Governor, Ali Modu Sheriff and she is of Somalia-Italian heritage.The wedding which shooks the whole of Maduguri to its root will ever be unforgettable as it parades many Northern politicians of note, Senators, Governors and many House of Assembly Members. According to the bride, Fatimo who shared it on her instagram handle, she revealed that they met in 2012 in far away France.
The handsome groom, Mustafa holds a Masters Degree in Petroleum Production Engineering from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen. He established his career working in Planning, Projects and Operations within the Oil & Gas Industry in the greater Houston Area. He has received advanced managerial training for industry executives at Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona and Colorado School of Mines. Mustafa is a member of the Energy Institute and the Society of Petroleum Engineers and he presently works as Technical Director at his father, Oil & Gas Company, Oriental Energy resources.

The groom’s father, Mohammed Indimis who never leaves any stone unturned as he dazed the Sheriff’s. He brought a never-seen-before gift to seek the hand of Fatimo in marriage for his handsome son, Mustapha. Everything concerning the wedding ceremony only begins after a marriage proposal is tendered to the bride’s family and they have accepted. As soon as they have accepted, according to cultural rights, the groom’s family needs to provide a number of items to the bride, this is called “Kayan Zance”. The Inidimis who are very affluent made sure that all this is done before the wedding proper which was Saturday.
Not many will forget how Mohammed Indimis, dazzled the Buharis when he went to seek the hand of Zahra in marriage. Coincidentally, it is not just Mohammed Indimi that is President Buhari In-law, even Ali Modu Sherif is also President Buhari`s In-law. This is because his son Mohammed Sherif is married to Halima Buhari who is President Buhari’s daughter.
Many of the guests couldn’t take their eyes off the couple as they were finally joined in holy matrimony. This is because it was a show of affluence between the two families who made sure the day was memorable to the new couple.
