The Indomitable Lions of Cameroon that won the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations title in Gabon received a welcome full of music and dance on arrival at Yaounde Nsimalen International Airport, on Monday evening.
They were welcomed by cheering fans and a troupe of merry-makers that made the occasion a very interesting one for all.
The Cameroonians made a slow start to the nations cup struggling with their group stage matches, but they picked up their strength to conquer the continent for the fifth time.
After this feat, Cameroon will battle Nigeria and Algeria to jostle for the sole ticket available for the winner of the group to participate in the next FIFA world cup in Russia come 2018.
