Chief (Mrs) Oluwakemi Olubanwo Becomes Iya Ijo of St. Peter’s African Church

Mrs. Oluwakemi A. Olubanwo, a well-known clinician and philanthropist who received her primary care training in Canada, has been appointed as the new Iya Ijo of St. Peter’s African Church. The church is located in the historic town of Ipari-Oke, in the Ijebu North-East Local Government Area of Ogun State.

Mrs. Olubanwo is also the President of the Regal Wellness Foundation Incorporated, an NGO based in Canada, and the Executive Director of Unicemed Consortium Incorporated. She is married to Dr. Taiwo Olubanwo, a popular philanthropist and business magnate.

The installation ceremony is scheduled to take place on the anniversary of St. Peter’s African Church, Ipari-Oke which has been in existence for several decades. The ceremony promises to be a grand event, with celebrities from all walks of life expected to attend.
