ZINOKING HASSAN OLUNDEGUN CELEBRATES
AT 50
On the 27th of December 2022, popular London-based businessman, Zino King Hassan Olundegun held his 50th birthday in grand style.
The birthday party was held at Yard 158 Events Center, Oregun-Ikeja, Lagos. It was a classy birthday party which was planned & decorated by Golditevents Solution. It was anchored by popular comedian, Seyi Law who made sure the event was lively. As the celebrant was ushered in, he was joined by his beautiful wife, Mrs. Janet Olundegun and children (Tolulope Olundegun, Bashir Motolani Olundegun, and Amidat Temiloluwa Olundegun). The opening prayer was said by Alhaji Rasaq Balogun, Pastor S.A Adebiyi and HRH Oba Kayode Ajigbotoluwa. There was a special performance by veteran actor, Ajobiewe.
While talking about the celebrant, Alhaji Dauda Olundegun described him as a good and special person. He revealed how he helps people in the family, both in London and Nigeria.
The chairman of the occasion, Otunba Taiwo Elegbede thanked everyone for coming and advised the celebrant to be of good behaviour and continue his good deeds.
Special dignitaries present were star actress, Funke Etti, Dada Adams, Fatimoh Abeywood, Jimmy Abeywood, Sofiat Surrey Quays, Alhaji Sotayo Olusola Rasaq, and Alhaji Idowu Islamiat.
After their second entrance, the Lilian Yeri Dance Group held guests spellbound as the celebrant and his wife moved to the cake stand to cut his cake. A toast was made after which videos of his friends in London and Nigeria congratulating him were shown. Dj Kamol took over as the birthday after party was declared. A lot of gifts and food items like rice, garri and others were shared as souvenirs.
ALHAJA OLUWAYEMISI FRIDAOUS OMOLABAKE BADMUS HOLDS 50TH BIRTHDAY
On the 26th of December, Alhaja Oluwayemisi Fridaous Omolabake Badmus celebrated her 50th birthday in grand style. The birthday party was held at Marcellina’s Place, Isaac John Street, Ikeja-GRA, Lagos.
It was an all-white party, as many of her friends and family travelled from all over the world to rejoice with her.
The event was put together by popular event planner, Mubo Events, as MC Godstynatheparty Boy and MC Easy Selense made the event lively with their jokes.
The celebrant was joined by her lovely and good-looking husband, Alhaji Suleiman Abiodun Badmus, and her children (Habib Badmus, Nabilat Badmus, Lutfat Badmus, Ridwan Badmus, Taiwo Badmus, Kehinde Badmus, and Farouk Badmus), as she moved to the front to take her seat.
The opening prayer was said by Alhaji Semiu Oloye. Mr. Isaac Dare, Mr. Jerry Adeleke, Alhaja Mariam Oloye and all her children revealed how good and caring she’s to them.
A lot of her friends from UK, Dublin and London travelled to Nigeria for her birthday party, and you’ll notice how happy she was to see them. They include Seyi Omorogh (UK), Kehinde Ajewole ( USA), Ayo (UK), Bola Angel ( UK), Onibeji (UK), Prince Jerry Adeleke, and others. Special guests present included Alhaji Alao Lateef, Alhaji Alimi Kamorudeen, and Mr. Shola Olaniyi.
The high light of the event was a special performance by popular hip hop musician, Qdot who turned the party around with lovely music and made sure the celebrant danced and danced. Dj Fresh was on the wheel of steel ,doing what he does best. Playing lovely music back-to-back and making sure no one was left out.
TOBI AWOSOGA-BAMGBELU HOLDS 2-IN-1 PARTY
On the 21st of December, 2022, popular businesswoman, Mrs. Tobi Awosoga-Bamgbelu ( Onile Onile) held a 2-in-1 party in Ile-Ife, Osun State. The event was held at The Ojaja Arena as she celebrated her birthday and lauched the Yeyeniwura Moradeun Welfare Foundation to help the less priviledged.
Mrs. Tobi Awosoga Bamgbelu danced in with her lovely husband, Mr. Gbenga Awokoya Bamgbelu.
The party was anchored by popular MC, Olayinka Ibikunle and star actor, Yinka Salami. The event was planned by Dominion Events Planner.
Speaking about the foundation, she revealed how the Yeyeniwura Moradeun Welfare Foundation was named after her late mum and why she decided to help the less-priviledged.
While speaking about the celebrant, Fathia Williams, Ricardo Agbor, and members of her foundation revealed how she has been able to help many people across Nigeria.
K1 dazzled everyone with lovely music as the Ooni of Ife stormed the party. While speaking, the Ooni revealed how close he is to the celebrant and how she’s been a good mother to everyone around her.
Popular Ijebu-based musician, Ganiu Abiola X1 took over the stage as everyone danced and rejoiced.

DEBOLA AWOKOYA & SOGO OGUNRINDE WEDS
On the 20th of December 2022, the family of Awokoya gave their daughter, Debola Awokoya’s hand in marriage. The ceremony was held at JFK Event Center, Alausa-Ikeja.
It was a classy party put together by popular event planner, Belollaevents who made sure everything was well organised.
The ceremony started with an engagement, which was held at the same venue. The brides parents, Mr. Olufemi Awokoya and Mrs. Abosede Adebimpe Awokoya both danced to their seat and the groom’s family, Mr. Johnson Ogundiran and Mrs. Grace Ogundiran also danced as they went to greet the bride’s family before taking their seat.
Alaga Jode Gold was all over, making sure he provided a good atmosphere, and enjoyable arena for both families. The groom, Sogo Ogunrinde was welcomed into the arena and he moved straight to prostrate for the bride’s family and seek their consent in getting married to their daughter, Debola Awokoya.
After getting their permission, he went to take his seat, waiting for the arrival of the bride. It was a moment everyone had been waiting for and many of the bride’s friends and family joined her to dance in, as she went to her parents’ side before moving to her new family’s side .
It was a classy party as both families rejoiced together. The new couple danced into the hall, looking happy. The opening prayer was said by Pastor Olukoya, after which MC Damola took over. The chairman’s speech was delivered by Mrs. Olabisi Ariyo who advised the couple to always be faithful and trust one another. She also advised them not to let any family members, even their children, to come between them. The event took another dimension when popular hip-hop musicians, 9ice and 2face entered. They both sang for over an hour as the couple danced and danced. MRS. FOLASADE DADA HOLDS WEDDING FOR DAUGHTER, ADETUTU
On the 17th of December 2022, the family of Adebakin and Ezeudu held a traditional marriage for their children, Adetutu Given Adebalin and Chinonso Brylan Ezeudu in Lekki, Lagos.
The ceremony was held at Royal Oaks Events Center, Chisco Bus Stop, Lekki, Lagos. The event was planned by BankySu, who made sure the ceremony was well packaged and put together. The Alaga Ijoko, Damilola the Alaga was supported by Ajikethealga, JayteeAlaga, Atinuke Alaga and Gbemisola Akirola.
The bride’s parents, Mr. Adeyinka Adebakin and Chief Mrs. Folasade Dada joined by well wishers, danced into the hall and took their seats. The groom’s family, Revd. (Dr.) Moses Ezeudu and (Mrs.) Felicia Ezeudu also took their seat. The latest groom, Chinonso Brylan Ezeudu danced in and went straight to the bride’s family, as they welcomed him into their family. Both parents prayed for the couple and blessed their union. As the bride was about to enter the hall, Dj Coal played some lovely music as guests danced together.

OTUNBA & CHIEF (MRS.) STEPHEN ABIODUN OJO BECOME GBOBANIYI & YEYE GBOBANIYI OF
ITAPA-EKITI
On the 29th of December, 2022, Otunba Stephen Abiodun Ojo ( SAO) and his beautiful wife, Chief (Mrs.) Yemisi Amoke Ojo were installed as the Gbobaniyi and Yeye Gbobaniyi of Itapa-Ekiti Kingdom, in Ekiti State.
The installation ceremony was held at the palace of HRM Oba David Olusola Makanjuola Ajaja, the Owa Itapa of Itapa-Ekiti Kingdom.
The opening prayer was said by Mr. Gbenga Oke and the recitation of Otunba & Chief Mrs. Stephen Abiodun Ojo (SAO) was read by Mr. Ogunniyi Morakinyo.
While speaking about Otunba & Chief (Mrs.) Stephen Abiodun Ojo (SAO), HRM Oba David Olusola Makanjuola Ajaja revealed how a public opinion poll was held and not even one person said anything negative about both husband and wife. For this reason, he pronounced them as the new Gbobaniyi and Yeye Gbobaniyi of Itapa-Ekiti Kingdom. They were both given staff of office and certificates. They were also presented to the public. Some of the Itapa-Ekiti Chief’s present were Chief Adeniyi Olatimileyin, Chief Owolabi Adeshina Sunday, Chief R.O Aribisala Obamila, Chiefs Onipede Abiodun, and others. Other friends who came to celebrate with Otunba Stephen Abiodun Ojo and wife were Chief Dipo Ajayi, Mr. Mike Owolabi, Alhaji Rasheed Gidado, Mr. Antony Oladapo, Chief Joseph Akeremole, Engr. Femi Fagbemi, Chief Awofemi Agbanifa, and others.
The newly installed chiefs moved to dance with HRM Oba David Olusola Makanjuola Ajaja as Ogidiolu Alaro & his Ekiti Band dazzled everyone with lovely music.
The chieftaincy after party was held at the residence of the Ojos where everyguests were one was entertained and had fun.
