As part of its Annual New Year tradition of touching base with religious leaders, City People Magazine hosted Apostle Wole Oladiyun, the Senior Pastor of the Christ Livingspring Apostolic Ministry, (CLAM) and his team. He also came along with his friend and brother, Apostle Dele Johnson, the Senior Pastor at Jesus Liberation Ministries located at Plot 34 Jonathan Coker Road, Off Fagba junction, new Oko-Oba, Lagos. They visited City People on Friday 22nd February, 2019 to offer Special Prayers for the company and also to share some life-changing messages from the scriptures. He was well received by City People Publisher, Dr. Seye Kehinde, Management members & all members of staff. Both pastors are columnists with City People. Apostle Dele Johnson is an expert on Dreams and their true meaning.
Pastor Wole Oladiyun is a man called of God to be an evangelist with a strong apostolic and prophetic grace. He is a man born to pray-but also a man with a consuming passion for soul winning. And he leads the way for the ministry, under the umbrella of Clam Global Outreach (CLAMGO), Clam’s soul winning and evangelistic arm, through village and city-wide crusades and other outreaches. He also presides over the Ministers’ Apostolic Fire Convocation (MAFCO), an annual 3-day apostolic retreat forum for Christian leaders to be revived with the “Upper Room” unction.
He was born and raised in the Christ Apostolic Church (C.A.C) founded by the late Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola. There he was imparted early in life with the raw power of the Holy Spirit. There, too, the seed of Heaven was sown in him for the old-time prayer, evangelistic and deliverance ministry that CLAM is renowned for today.
He is an alumnus of the then University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He also holds an MBA from the Business School of the Netherlands. Before going into full-time ministry, he distinguished himself as a brilliant Building/Civil Engineer and successful businessman. He rose to the position of Chief Engineer at an indigenous engineering firm. He was also an active member of the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International.
A true family man, he is married to Pastor Bukola Oladiyun (nee Olubakinde), who is the Director of Family Life in the grandchildren. Pastor Oladiyun loves philanthropy, reading, music, playing the drums, lawn tennis and driving.
Before becoming a full time Pastor, he was a Civil Engineer for 20 years. He is a man born to pray and he demonstrated that at City People.
He is also a gifted and prolific writer. According to him, He has written 52 books with life-changing, destiny-transforming messages.
He was accompanied by other men of God, like Pastor Akin Adedire and Pastor Ebenezer Oludola. Pastor Wole Oladiyun came with some of his new books that would be of benefit to City People staff.

During his word of exhortation, he emphasized on what all members need to do for them to increase in all aspects of their lives The “20 Law of Increase”. The 20 Laws of Increase can be found in one of his books which is titled.
“It is time for Increase”
This great Man of God, who is a father, Role Model, Mentor and Adviser to many annointed every memberof staff. He shared some life changing experiences and urged every member to key into the life changing and transforming laws which will catapult them to greater heights. The laws ae as follows:
(l) LAW OF DILIGENCE
• Be diligent.
•Keep doing it.
•Stay committed to it.
•Research again and again into it and update yourself.
(2) LAW OF VISION
•Be a reader, an addicted reader, for that matter. Reading relevant books will add value to your life, enlarge your mind and outlook-and enhance your increase.
•Mind the people you associate with; move with the right people.
(3) LAW OF SELF-DISCOVERY
•There is gold mine in every life, including yours.
•God never creates a flop or failure.
•Success, progress, achievement and fulfillment are inside of you.
(4) LAW OF DECISION
•This is about the ability to make crucial and important decisions right on time.
•Don’t procrastinate about it.
•Avoid distraction with your decision making.
•Know that every decision has its consequences.
(5) LAW OF GOAL-SETTING
•Those operating without written goals won’t amount to much in life.
•To know how to get to your promised land, set goals and write them down-with timelines for their achievement, too.
6. LAW OF PLANNING
• Planning, thinking and projecting into the future will increase you.
•Planning engenders excellence.
•Christianity wasn’t meant to make us a drifting planless people but a surefooted people full of hope who plan indeed.
•Budget forresources.
•When you plan, be sure to follow them through.
•Be strategic in your planning.
(7) LAW OF RIGHT ATTITUDE
•Cultivate and acquire the right mindset and keep renewing it with positive thinking and stay optimistic (Philippians
2:5; 4:8-9)
•As long as you can think it, God can do it (Mark 10:27).
•Your thoughts it is that determine what you attract.
(8) LAW OF INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
•Until they mature, be wise to know there are certain insights, ideas, information and developments to be discreet about.
•Be careful then whom you share precious information with.
•Share ideas only with ideas’ helpers and none other.
•It may sound too simple but it is true: The difference between the rich and the poor is information.
(9) LAW OF INVESTMENT
• Be sure to understand all about assets and liabilities.
•Buy assets-and not liabilities. Invest in such assets as landed property, gold, bitcoin, farmlands, etc.
(10) LAW OF DELAYED GRATIFICATION
•Avoid quick reward! gratification.
•Invest in the right things.
•Every good thing takes time-and investment is one of them.
(11) LAW OF RISK-TAKING
• Achievers are risk-takers.
•Those who won’t take risks won’t amount to anything in life.
•Anytime you lose, take it as a learning curve.
•God will honour your risk.
(12) LAW OF FOCUS
•What you don’t focus on won’t grow, increase or blossom.
•Focus on that one thing that you can do very well. Keep improving on it, building your capacity thereof.
13. LAW OF PERSISTENCE
•Be sure to never give up. Again, I say: Never give up
•Those who persist are those who eventually win.
Proverbs 24: 16: For a righteous man may fall seven times and rise again, but the wicked shall fall by calamity.
•It’s not over until you win.
•That a thing is not working out now doesn’t mean that it won’t yet work.
• Everything has its own time and season (Ecclesiastes 3: 1). Hold out for yours.
(14) LAW OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
•You can’t outgrow your personal development level.
•You stand to make more money as you increase your value.
•So work on yourself first.
•What value have you been adding?
• Attend relevant cutting-edge seminars, workshops and courses. There is so much to learn from the Internet to develop, upgrade and update yourself. Listen to those who should know through online courses, teachings, CD’s, USB drives, etc.
•Study and seek wholesome mentoring.
(15) LAW OF GIVING
•Givers never lack.
•The more you sow, the more you reap.
•Seed time births harvest time.
•Giving will yield in multiples for you.
(16) LAW OF ACCESS
• You need access to people of substance and high places.
• You need access to platforms.
• Diligently and jealously nurture and maintain the access.
• Don’t abuse any platform given you.
(17) LAW OF MENTORSHIP
•You need to be mentored by one who has excelled and is a shining light in your spectrum.
•A mentor will help you succeed in what you do.
•There is a whole treasure of precious knowledge to learn from a mentor’s real-world experience.
•In a mentor you have someone to sound out and bounce ideas off.
•You will receive critical feedback from your mentor.
•Your mentor is a champion to cheer you on.
•Your mentor will be there for for you for much-needed advice.
•He will avail you with career success factors.
•He will increase your capacity to translate values and strategies into productive actions.
•With a mentor you will mature faster through increased discipline and self-awareness.
(18) LAW OF SELF-DISCIPLINE
•A simple well-ordered spartan life will engender increase.
•Self-discipline is an elixir for progress.
•Without self-discipline, rare opportunities will be wasted.
•Self-discipline will enhance your passion for increase.
(19) LAW OF WISDOM APPLICATION
• Wisdom will rule everything.
• With wisdom, all-round increase is guaranteed.
• Wisdom is the mother of prudence.
•Trust wisdom to make your achievement trans-generational.
20. LAW OF REST (SABBATH)
•Busyness is the enemy of creativity.
•It is calmness that triggers creativity.
•Survival mode isn’t what you need or deserve.
•You need a rest mode.
•You need a retreat mode.
•You need a renewal mode.
•You need a creative mode.
•Find your cave to rest.
