Countdown to the opening of heritage centre in Lagos

A press briefing for the highly anticipated opening of Heritage Centre Agege drew a large gathering of media professionals to the bustling and vibrant area of Lagos on Thursday, July 27th, 2023.

The event was attended by the company executives, including the head of the HR department, Mr. Oke Mautin, Mr. Pedro Aniemeka, Ag head of Operations, Ayo Fanodun, head of Business Development, and Mr. Femi Ogunremi from BLDR (Femcent Builders Limited).

Speaking at the event, Mr. Oke Mautin commended the media for honouring their invitation.”The Heritage Centre is a much-anticipated tourist destination located in Agege. The multilayer edifice is positioned to become the cynosure of entertainment activities in this area and beyond, this is a business that a group of people put together for the benefit of the masses in the sense that the business will create employment for over 200 persons and it will create entertainment for people living around and in Nigeria. We are looking at the Tourism Center, we have our bakery on the ground floor, we have a restaurant, VIP section, cinemas and the cinema is in 3 strings. We also have a relaxation center, if we recall Agege, as a glory of cinemas back then, that glory we want to bring it back to Heritage Center, that is why we are making heritage center a one-stop Mall, you can come in the morning and leave in the morning, you can come with your kids when shopping and there is a place you keep your kids while you are shopping, you can also eat in our restaurant. There is also our Premium Bar/Lounge. We have very well trained and qualified staff.
We are looking for our activation come August 3rd, 2023, we are going to open our Superstore and the restaurant, Oyin Food restaurant, while other business units will be coming up, we are open for all.”

Speaking at the event, the head of Operations, Pedro Aniemeka elaborated more on why Heritage Centre is in Agege. Island seems to have it all, we want to bring what is on the Island to the people of Agege, you don’t need to go far to get what you want. Heritage Center is also affordable, people on the island can also come here to shop, relax, watch movies and enjoy themselves.

Ayo Fanodun, the Head of Business Development and Marketing, highlighted the benefits of establishing  Heritage Center in Agege. He emphasized that the center offers a wide range of products and does not cater exclusively to a specific class of people. Everyone is welcome to visit Heritage Center.

During the briefing, Mr. Femi Ogunremi, Managing Director of Femcent Builders Limited, made it clear that the security and parking measures implemented at Heritage Center are top-notch. He stated that the security team is available 24/7, the elevators have an 8-person capacity and are equipped to safely return to the nearest floor in case of a malfunction, CCTV cameras are in proper working condition, and the parking area is secure. Moreover, he emphasized that the security personnel work tirelessly to ensure the safety of customers.

The executives answered additional inquiries and then accompanied the press on a tour of the Heritage facilities.
