Star actor cum honourable member Desmond Elliot dazzled the people of his constituency in Surulere few days ago as he stormed the street dressed as Father Christmas and visited several homes with a truck load of gifts. The actor who assumed office as a House of Rep member few years ago was seen driving from house to house and going from shops to shops on the streets of Surulere sharing money and git items including food stuffs.
