The former executive secretary of PPPRA Dr. Oluwole Oluleye the Oluomo of Efon Alaye in Ekiti state died in Abuja this morning. He was born in 1953. Dr Oluleye was the first son of late major general James Oluleye. In 2013 he was appointed executive secretary of Petroleum Technology Development Fund
