Doles Out Millions, Exotic Cars To Partners & Realtors
Wednesday 6th December, 2023 was a special day set aside by Efficacy Construction Company to reward their partners, realtors, and staff. It was also to celebrate the huge landmark it has made over the years in the real estate sector. The event took place at the prestigious Civic Centre in Victoria Island, Lagos.
The end-of-the-year party which was tagged “Shine So Bright”, had the creme de la creme in the society in attendance. It also had captains of industries, real estate gurus, celebrities and other eminent personalities in the society in attendance.
The programme kicked off around 6pm immediately after the arrival of the founder/CEO of the company, Dr. Oyeleke Ajiboye. He arrived in his latest Mercedes Benz, accompanied by his elegant wife, Mrs. Damilola Ajiboye, who also doubles as Executive Director, Business & Procurement.
The two shone in their special outfits. Dr. Oyeleke was in a cream blazer with black trousers, while Mrs. Ajiboye dazzled in a long and sparkling gown. They both complemented each other, to say the least.
Immediately they left the ‘red carpet’ where photographs were taken with some of their loved ones, they moved to the main hall where major activities took place. Their arrival announced the official commencement of the event.
ASIRI & MC GLORIA, ANCHORED THE EVENT
Almost everyone knows the popular Asiri comedy. He was one of the co-anchors alongside MC Gloria. They both formed a formidable partnership to ensure the event turned out fine.
Shortly after the introduction of their guests, they invited the Executive Director of the company to give opening remarks.
Mrs. Ajiboye who gave a brief but precise speech, thanked all their partners, especially realtors, partners and staff who stood by them through thick and thin. She also gave them tips of the event, and promised them it would live up to the billing as various gift items would be won.
CASH INCENTIVES
DOLLED OUT
In the first set of gifts: Femi Ade and Alli won a sum of 250 thousand Naira each in the male and female categories. They won most resourceful staff of the year. While Stephania Alabi, was awarded Most Improved Staff.
The longest-serving staff goes to Abdulfatai Majeed. He went home with 2 million Naira cash. And Employee Of The Year went to the person of Samuel Okosun who was also rewarded with a cash gift.
Their legal department won the best department and many other staff also won.
Some people also won a trip to Maldives, they include: Mrs Folashade Ayeni and Femi Oladipupo etc.
In other incentives. Some other staff also won prizes: Goodness, Biodun Oyewole, Sorinola Omolola, Olajumoke, Bisi Ogunwale, Hassanah Popson, and many others.

One of the people and groups who won big on the night was Madam Funke Kehinde, MD, Brilliant Concepts. She won latest Toyota Tundra. She was also rewarded with a cash gift worth 10 million naira. She won the most innovative realtor of the year.
Joke Kilanko, also won big. She won a cash gift of 10 million and a brand new Highlander SUV.
In this category Peter Twinnet also won a car. He won a Lexus 330. Eluoyibo also won the latest Highlander SUV and Goodness also won as well.
Let us also tell you that the impressive band performed at the event. They serenaded all the guests who came to felicitate with the company, Efficacy Construction, while Mo Sax, also did what he knows how to do best with his sax and he gave a good account of himself.

In his speech he thanked all their partners, realtors and staff who came to celebrate with them. He said the event is their own way of expressing their profound gratitude to them for a job well done.
