On Sunday 27th March, 2022, members of Convenant Harvest Christian International Ministry and other great ministers of God gathered at Blue Moon event center, l Lekki Lagos.
This gathering was to celebrate the 12th year anniversary of the popular ministry led by Pastor Dotun Ojelabi.
The ever bubbling and jovial General Overseer was surrounded by his wife, Pastor Adetutu Ojelabi, and other men of God like Pastor Adefarati, Pastor Olugbenga Akanji, Dr Elisa and the music icon, Sir Ebenezer Obey.
The event started with the opening prayer and then praise and worship which got everyone dancing.
The book of Isaiah 35 was read and song “To God be the glory” was sang from the hymn book, led by the church choir.
Shortly after, Evang.Dr Ebenezer Obey took the microphone to sing from his popular albums. After a few songs ,he made a speech talking about his testimony. He also reflected on his past aliments and how he had scaled through. He ended his speech with songs from some of his popular albums.
Pastor Dotun Ojelabi then took the stage to give a short ministration after which he recognised the presence of students from Dowen School. After that he shared his condolences with the family of the late Dowen student. He also shared the experience the church had with the weeks on the street, feeding the needy and the plan to do more for society.
He also recognised the presence of Prince Bisi Olatilo, Pa Ayo Adebanjo and His Royal Majesty, Oba Olufolarin Ogunsanwo, the Alara of Ilara.
The Offerings and Tithes came next on the programme as the church choir again took the microphone.
Dr Cosmos Maduka was then called on to lead the thanksgiving session, after which Pastor Dotun Ojelabi led the altar call, leading many people to Christ.
Popular Queen of Island Gospel, ibitayo Jeje, then took to the altar to sing some praise songs ,leading the congregation into another realm of glory.
After this, Dr Elisa took the stage to give the closing speech.
It was an anniversary, packaged to shower God’s blessings.
