Multi-talented movie star Funke Akindele has joined other star actresses such as Uche Jumbo, Omobi Oboli and few other in movie directing.
Her joining in the entertainment industry started with the popular series “I Need To Know” and ever since, it has been from one success story to another, though determination dedication and hard work.
The highly respected actress this time around, she has decided to partner with Mo Abudu’s Ebony life tv in directing their latest movie title. ‘Your Excellency”
The movie “Your Excellency tells the story of Chief Olalekan Ajadi, a bumbling billionaire businessman and failed presidential candidate who is obsessed with Donald Trump.
Just when his campaign looks set to be another disaster, Ajadi is anointed by a major party and become a credible contender all through the power of social media.
The movie boasts a star-studded cast that includes Lola Akindoju, Eku Edewor, Alex Ekubo, Osas Ighodalo, Ini Dina Okogie, Deyemi Okanlawon Chigul and Helen Paul.
Besides being the director of the movie “You Excellency” Funke is equally acting in the movie.
