Talk about a young inspiring celestial prophet making waves and loved by many, Prophet Oladele Ogundipe a.k.a Genesis Global comes to mind. He is loved across all religious variations in Nigeria for his style of preaching which is highly commendable. Listening to Prophet Ogundipe’s preaching is always fun as he usually wows many of his audience with lots of witty sayings which he is always known for. In fact, he is one of the most sought-after white garment pastors in town. People want to hear and speak at religious and social events.
Prophet Ogundipe is the Shepard-in-Charge of the Celestial Church of Christ, Global Genesis Parish. He is well known for his prophetic ministry service at the church. He is a motivational speaker and author who has written many books.
Pastor Oladele Ogundipe delivered a top-notch sermon last Sunday when popular Lagos Real Estate player, Prince Kazeem Eletu-Odibo and his siblings held a prayer session for their late mother, Mrs. Janet Eletu Odibo who was buried 8 days earlier.
The programme was held at the deceased resident on Chief Bamidele Eletu Street in Osapa London area, Ajah, Lagos.
The deceased before her death was a prayer warrior of note. She was the founder and General Overseer of Ori-Oke Majemu Beere Kosi Rigba C&S Church, a prayer mountain translated to ‘Ask! It shall be given’.
The officiating pastor who ministered at the event was the highly revered Prophet Dele Ogundipe; the General Overseer of Genesis Global. He did well in delivering thought provoking sermons which got into the audience’s consciences.
It still baffles many people at the event how Prophet Ogundipe, a man of Gospel from Celestial Church of Christ was invited to officiate an 8th day prayer session for a General Overseer of a C & S Church. This speaks volume of how his preaching is being appreciated across religious denominations.
Prophet Ogundipe dazzled at the programme. His choirs gave a good account of themselves as they were able to spice up the programme with apt and lovely songs. They were indeed classy in their performance. When it was time for him to coordinate the prayer session and deliver his sermon, the entire audience were very attentive as he captioned their attention all the way.
He took total charge of the programme. Every sentence he made during his sermon was prophetic and highly inspirational. Among his many messages delivered was how spoke about the inevitable fact that everybody will die someday. Meanwhile, he left them to wonder what people would say about them when they die as they are presently sowing a seed which the result would come glaring after their death.
He however picked lessons from what the children and grandchildren of late Mrs. Janet said about her. This he said was enough for everyone to learn from.
The peak of it all was when Prophet Ogundipe called for contribution in order to help his ministry, a course which people donated handsomely for. But he gave the entire congregation a shocker when he requested for the caregivers of the deceased when she was alive. He handed over the whole money raised to them and this excited everybody seated. The generosity was out of this world.
Prophet Ogundipe thought it wise the need to extend his benevolence to the 2 caregivers, one from Ghana and the other from Cotonou, who were with the deceased till death. He however prayed for as he wished them well now that Mrs. Janet is gone. He also thanked and blessed everyone who contributed to the donation.
