Lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu On Sunday, July 25th, 2021 has added another feather to his cap having bagged the prestigious City People Real Estate awards.
Gov Sanwo-Olu was named the Real Estate Governor of the year while the Lagos State bagged the number one state in Housing Development in Nigeria.
Mrs Toke Benson-Awoyinka, the Senior Adviser to Gov Sanwo-Olu on Housing who represented her principal at the event received two awards on behalf of the governor and presented it to him at his office on Monday, July 26, 2021.
The awards came in recognition of the roles played by the Lagos State Real Estate Regulatory Authority, LASREA in regulating the Real Estate Sector.
Governor Sanwo-Olu has always had a penchant for Real Estate, having served as the Managing Director/CEO of Lagos State Development Property Corporation (LSDPC) from 2016 till he became the governor in 2018.
