When the news flittered in some weeks back that the Olodogbo of Odogbo-Ijesha in Osun State Oba Olatunde Oginni (JP) was about taking a new wife, many took it as a bad rumour. That was the feelings across Osun and Oyo social circles until penultimate Thursday ago when the monarch indeed walked down the aisle with his new wife, Olajumoke.

In fact, Oginni hosted top celebs from all walks of life in Ilesa at his residence, 7, Olatunde Oginni street,  Omi Asoro, Ilesa, Osun State for the wedding reception. It was a well attended and colourful ceremony, where all to eat and drink were made available in abundant. The couple have already sealed their love at Ibadan North-West Registry, Onireke, Ibadan, earlier before the December 20 wedding ceremony.
Since the wedding took place however, many have been wondering who is the new bride is. We can tell you for free that Olatunde Oginni’s new wife is the beautiful Olajumoke Oginni’s (Nee Coker). She is a Zonal Director, Broadcasting Monitoring at the Ibadan Zonal Office of National Broadcasting Commission (NBC).

She is well loved and respected in her field. Those whose paths have crossed with Olajumoke will readily tell you she is a career woman with a different. She is warm, kind, homely and accommodating. Like her husband has achieved so much in the business world, Olajumoke has achieved so much for herself career wise. But despite all her achiements, she is still very down to earth. She doesn’t entertain unnecessary or frivolous talks around herself. She keeps her circle very slim and try as much as possible to be fair and just to all.

Meanwhile, as Oba Olatunde Oginni’s new marriage has remained a big surprise to many, some are still wondering what could have led to separation between him and his former wife of 20 years, Olamide. Those who are in the know, however, have revealed that their weeding hit the rock based on some irreconcilable differences. We exclusively gathered that, for good three years, both parties, especially Oba Oginni, tried their possible best to manage and sustain the wedding but things didn’t just work out, which eventually led to their separation.
