Alhaji Umaru Modibbo is the Chairman of the board. He started his working career as a Commercial Officer in the then Gongola State Civil Service, and would later join the Gongola State Investment Company Limited where he rose to the rank of Senior Investment Executive.

Abubakar Danlami Sule is currently the Deputy Managing Director with oversight function for the North and Public Sector Directorate. He has over 28 years of cutting-edge banking experience with competencies in Corporate Banking, Operations, Treasury Management, Strategic Planning, as well as possessing very strong relationship management skills.
He started his banking career in 1989 at the Central Bank of Nigeria rising to middle-level management before leaving for GTBank Plc as Head of Local Currency Trading. Shortly after, he joined UBA Plc and then Continental Trust Bank Limited (also now UBA Plc) rising to the position of a Deputy Vice President.
In 2003, Mr Sule joined NAL Bank Plc as a Senior Management staff with responsibility for Treasury and Strategic Planning, a position he held up to 2006 when the bank merged with 4 other banks to become Sterling Bank Plc. He was appointed Project Coordinator during the merger exercise and played a key role in the post-merger integration of the Banks that transited to Sterling Bank.
Premier Oiwoh is currently the Executive Director (Operations & Technology) with oversight function on the Information Technology and Operations Directorate. He has over 25 years banking experience with competencies in Banking Operations and Information Technology, Digital Financial Services, Internal Control, Retail and Business Banking. His expertise cuts across business process assurance & re-engineering, electronic banking business, Business process automation, information security management, digital solutions (retail & corporate), project management, cost optimization and business development. He commenced his banking career in 1992 and has served in various capacities ranging from Head of Operations, Business Manager, Director of Operations at International Office in Franco Phone Africa, Director/Head Operations & Information Technology and Head, Business Development (Northern Nigeria). He is passionate about offering services and solutions that provide gains, process efficiency with overall effectiveness to businesses and customers. He has led the unique development and implementation of bank operations mode, process automation, that yielded new process efficiencies, improved customer services, centralisation of processes, with resulted in cost optimization and effectiveness – gains that directly translate into a broader ability to serve and still remain profitable. In recognition of his immense contributions to the Banking & Payments Industry in Nigeria, he was commended by the Central Bank of Nigeria for his contributions in securing the Nigerian Payments System through the Nigeria electronic Fraud Forum (Neff) and for his outstanding contribution towards the success of the e-dividend Mandate Management System (e-DMMS) portal project implementation. He also pioneered several initiatives/implementation which include: working with CBN, CHBOS and other groups to ensure the Biometric Verification Number (BVN) Implementation, PCIDSS Implementation, ISO27001 & ISO23001 Implementation, etc. He also actively partnered in industry initiatives like the implementation of chip & pin debit cards, industry fraud desks, NUBAN etc. Premier holds a Bachelor’s degree & and an MBA. He has attended several training programs within and outside the country, including a Credit Analysis Course with Agusto & Co, Bourse Game by Citibank, Senior Management Program (SMP 24) Lagos Business School and Advanced Management Program from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania,USA. He is also a Member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
Adeyemi Odusanya is the Executive Director, in charge of the Corporate banking and South directorate at Keystone Bank. In his career, he has made significant impact in the growth of various roles played in the various Strategic Business Units such as Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Treasury and Financial Institution, Public sectors as well as operations. Starting out as a young banker at GTBank 26-years ago, he worked his way up to the role of Head of Commercial Banking Group at Access Bank in 2000 where he spent a total of 15 years of his Banking career. After brief stints at UBA and Equatorial Trust Bank, he joined the Access Bank team in 1999 where he served as Head in various divisions including Commercial Banking, Public Sector & Treasury and Financial Institution Group. As a General Manager, he was a pioneer member of the newly formed Business Banking Division in 2013, crafting the 5-year strategy that is instrumental to the Strategic Business Unit’s success today. He also served as a non-Executive Director (Access Bank, Zambia) He graduated with First Class Honours in Accounting at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 1990 and has attended several courses at world-class institutions including Lagos Business School, Wharton and Havard Business School. Mr Odusanya is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Honorable Fellow of the Institute of Bankers, Member of the chartered institute of taxation of Nigeria and fellow of the institute of credit and collection management of Nigeria.
Titilayo Tairat Adebiyi is a non-Executive Director. She is passionate business administrator and a rounded banking professional, Mrs. Adebiyi’s working career spans 25 years of unbroken experience in Habib Nigeria Bank Limited and its successor, Bank PHB Plc, where she functioned variously in Branch Operations; as Head of Administration and Human Resources; and as Head of the Foreign Exchange Department. She had worked previously with PZ Industries and the then National Bank of Nigeria.
Mrs Adebiyi holds the Higher National Diploma in Business Administration from the Lagos State College of Science & Technology, as well as an MBA from the prestigious Lagos Business School. She had also attended numerous professional courses including General Banking (Pakistan) and Performance Management (INSEAD Singapore).
A pioneer member of the Board of Directors of Sigma Pensions Limited where she served for about a decade, Mrs Adebiyi currently runs an investment company in Lagos and is the Proprietress of Lakeside Academy, Abuja, an international primary school.
