Popular Afrobeat crooner, Teni Apata fondly called Teni or Teni Makanaki stunned her fans with her newly transformed body 2 months back. The singer, Teni who used to be big body sized now looks trimmer, younger and smarter in recent photos shared on her social media handles.it was hard for her fans to believe her new body. Many wondered how she achieved her new look. While many were giving her thumbs up for the new body, it did not go down well with some of her fans who like her being plumpy. The singer and songwriter has since sent the internet buzzing after showing off her smaller figure in fitting clothes on social media.

The ‘Billionaire’ crooner, who now looks visibly younger and smarter took to her Twitter handle to share photos of her rocking a red and white outfit on a yellow shoe for the very first time to show off her new look..

Prior to this, Teni was on the big side and even though she did not give a hint of how she lost weight until recently, Nigerians seem pleased that the singer now spots a new look. The ace singer, in the pictures shared, now looks smaller, younger, smarter and gone several sizes down.She also ditched her usual oversized outfits for a more fitted attire in the now-viral post.

After the picture made the rounds on social media, Nigerians trooped to the comment section to gush over Teni’s new look and showered praises on her for achieving the feat. She not only looks visibly good, but even her style has changed, opting for more feminine fabrics and a whole lot of makeup. Way to go living and eating healthy you will say. How did Teni achieve her new look? She revealed in one of her posts when someone trolled her and accused her of undergoing surgery to lose weight. According to her, it’s all hard work. She even revealed that she lost a whopping 75kg without surgery – that’s a lot. It was gathered that Teni opted for exercise and diet routine instead of surgery..

Fans and colleagues of Teni are also having a hard time believing the metamorphosis of Teni the big size to now the slim size. The Billionaire crooner who is more popular for her tomboy looks has since ditched those looks for a more feminine look. Teni had also revealed all she went through and why she decided to lose weight.

In an Instagram post, the ‘Hustle’ crooner shared photos of herself with some popular entertainers and bragged about her new look in a terse note accompanying the photos.

“[It] cost(s) money to look like me,” she wrote. This was coming after the music star was in the news recently after claiming she lost 75 pounds (34kg) body weight without undergoing surgery. She had also blasted those doubting her weight loss was natural.

In a video showing her weight loss journey on penultimate Sunday, the ‘Uyo Meyo’ crooner said she feared for her health. Teni said she didn’t want to die”I realised you only have one life. Me, I don’t want to die. If you need inspiration, look at me, “Impossible is nothing!! Happy new year 23.”

For Teni to have said she didn’t want to do, obviously she must have been warned by her doctors on the danger of big body size such as heart related issues and the likes which is most common and affiliated to a plus size person. It was not revealed whether she has been suffering any health issues though due to her big size but a nutrition expert once revealed that people who suffer obesity, excessive body weight suffer one health issues or the other.
