Pastor Wole Oladiyun, the Senior Pastor of Christ Livingspring Apostolic Ministry (CLAM), is a man of God, who has demonstrated his love for his nation, Nigeria. Countless times, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit and leadership of Pastor Wole Oladiyun, the church has positively affected and is still positively affecting the lives of many people through its deliverance services, crusades, youth empowerment and welfare programmes.
The primary aim of the Church has always been, to teach an undiluted Word of God, cater for the needs of members, provide various services to the body of Christ, and to build a ministry that will be the archetype of how the church could effectively re-build a nation, serve humanity and empower Christians. And undoubtedly, many of these objectives have been achieved and they are evident.
It is no more news that Pastor Wole Oladiyun is very passionate about this country, Nigeria. He poured out his mind in a recent Live Instagram chat with the Publisher of City People Magazine, Seye Kehinde, it was our online Instagram live video chat., He spoke exclusively on practical ways to move Nigeria Forward. He also spoke about Operation 774.
In his words: “Concerning what is happening in Nigeria. One thing I want everybody to know is that, God has an agenda for us. Though, the whole world is at ground zero, but God has packaged a lot of opportunities for us as a nation and as individuals.
This plaque that we are witnessing started in 1347; it’s not something that is new. Now, let me start from individuals. This is the best time to have a self-audit. This is the time for sober reflection. Check yourself. Profile what you have been doing over the years.
Look at that area that you need to make amend. This is the season of self-analysis, season to develop a new value, new insight, and new ideas. This is the time for self-discoveries.This is the time to set a new goal.
This is the time to pummel yourself, and see those areas you are not doing well.
Don’t just be sleeping at home. People have never taken time to evaluate themselves. Things are changing all over the world.
Now, talking about Nigeria; the new Nigeria is evolving now. Leaders have discovered those areas where we are lagging as a nation and needs to adjust now. To rule Nigeria is not a rocket science at all.
We just need to sit down to profile Nigeria, to see those things that are in all the regions. We need to be mindful of the following areas (1) Health sector. Health is wealth. I have been an advocate of 774. We have 774 local Government areas in Nigeria. Let us have Government Involvement in all the local Govt areas.
Let us equip them. Let people feel the presence of healthcare in all the 774 Local Govt. Let’s buy the entire machines needed and installation there. We need to reform all the local governments style of performance.
(2) Power: People are complaining now that we are in a lockdown, we are to stay in our various homes, but there is no power. What does it cost to buy solar power and instal them in all the 774 local governments? It’s possible. We have privatise energy distribution, but it’s not working.
If we have power we’ll be able to do a lot of things, everything will work. Let us ban the importation of Generator, even if we have to be in darkness to put an end to it, no problem.
(3) We need to rebrand our governance in Nigeria. The cost of Governance is too high. We have many people who can contribute to the development of Nigeria without collecting a dime”.
“Everyone now has redefined his/her value. You can’t be pilling up money. Stocking pilling money for your children, things have changed Nigeria must not be in the way we have been.
At a point, the President of India said: Let Indians go naked, that they will depend on the type of cloth, they produce and they ban so many things and they are better now. We must hold our destiny in our hands in Nigeria. Our leadership must be rebranded, the followership must be rebranded”
This is not the time for politics. This is the time to talk about humanity. We gave to people here in CLAM not because we want them to come to our church but for us to survive together.
This is the time to rethink right. Now, it’s God that is helping us so that we don’t have a state of anarchy. Leadership is about innovation. We need Executive Innovation. Let’s engage the youth in the affairs of this country. Those people who want to go into politics.
Let those who are there not use their money to oppress people, enough is enough. Let people talk, this is the time to talk. No one has the monopoly of knowledge. Let everybody contributes for the benefit of Nigeria. People in power have to be sincere now. The youths are not happy”.
“We must give them a future. We need economists to come together and put things right, If we want to survive after this pandemic. Youths have ideas. That is why we sent them to school. Let them use their gumption. Youth must be given platform to express themselves. Enough is enough. It is time for them to rule”.
“If they are not doing well, let’s correct them. Let’s be in a supervisory position. Leave the seat for them and let them do it. They can do it. There are many opportunities now during this Pandemic, let’s use them as a nation and as an individual”.
