What has your company done in the last few months, aside from that you signed a comedian, Kenny Blac as brand ambassador?

My name is Adeyemi Adeniyi, the Managing Director of Tromville Investment Limited. By the grace of God, Tromville started operations fully in the year 2014. Between 2004 and 2018, we are currently on our 5th Estate and by the grace of God we have been able to assist those who do not have the means of putting roof over their heads. On the Ibeju Lekki axis, on Igbara axis, on Ikorodu axis, God has helped us with many projects.

So far, so good, we have been getting positive feed backs from the market because we have been able to deliver on all that we have promised to do for our customers.

What are your plans for average income earners because those are the people who are in need of shelters. What is the package your company has in place for them?

We have 2 particular products to suit their needs and that was when we commissioned a projectĀ  last yearĀ  in Agbowa, Ikorodu, where you could buy a square metre plot of land for 1 thousand naira. The minimum you could buy is 200 metres, and that can do you a 3 bedroom bunglow as a starter.

What are you saying is that you can build for those who donā€™t have fund and how do you handle a situation whereby someone could not be able to continue the payment?

What we do in that situation is that, in the first place we give a room for 3 month period where, if you donā€™t pay we get across to you. We will appreciate you come out and tell us whatĀ  the situation is. What we do is to train such people to become our partner; they will start selling for us. From what they are making they can use it to service whatever they are owing us. So we have been able to do all of that and it has really helped alot ofĀ  people.

What would you suggest to the organizers of City People Real Estate Awards?

City People has really done a great job in the last couple of years. What I will eagerly want to see the next time is synergy. Itā€™s not just bringing these people together.Ā  A whole lot of us in the real estate see ourselves as competitors, I donā€™t do that. But some people may do that. We want you to bring us together and allow us to synergise; letā€™s be friends in such a way that when we come together we can all meet ourselves and be able to do a whole lot together. If we can all come together, maybe some developers among us here may have got land that they have been struggling to developĀ  over the years and someone among us could have the money to develop it. So we can synergise. We can do something together. We want City People to look at this. The power of synergy. And this one will take each and everyone to the next level.
