Emmanuella Ropo is the CEO of Party Dreams Kiddie’s Store. But many know her as a top society woman that makes heads turn at events on account of her beauty and lovely outfits. This beautiful and flawless lady has been doing business for over 10 years and she owns one of the biggest stores for children’s souvenirs. She is a lover of fashion. She is classy and rocks exclusive fabrics designed by one of the top designers in Lagos called “Shoge Designs” to every event. Another beautiful thing about her is her love for kids. According to her, her love for children made her set up a souvenir shop for kids. It is very rare not to see Emmanuella at any big event in Lagos, everybody always wants to have her around. Her styles are always sophisticated and they don’t come cheap. She wears a beautiful smile every time. She is so beautiful that you can’t even guess her age. She is blessed with a perfect body shape.
We should also add the fact that she is very humble. She shows respect to both young and old.
A few days back, she spoke with City People Society Reporter, TOYIN OGUNDIYA, about the importance of souvenirs at every party, why she established a souvenirs store for kids and why she loves to look good all the time.

You look stunning at all times, what is the secret?
God.
You own one of the biggest souvenir store for kids, what made you go into that business?
It’s just my love for children generally that made me set up a kiddie’s store.
You run 2 big stores, what was the acceptance like when you started?
Well, it has been wonderful and encouraging and that is why we are still in business.
How long have you been in business?
Like 10 years ago.
What did you start with?
I started the business with a small shop but we thank God for where we are today.
What does it take to set up a souvenir store for kids because most people believe sourvenirs are meant for adults…
Well, it’s content and like I said earlier my love for kids is second to none. There are lots of people that are looking for gift items for kids, and we also believe that sharing of souvenirs shouldn’t.
Be for only adults, so we started the business and so far, it has been encouraging. We thank God.
What does it take to get souvenirs from your stores?
It depends on your budget.
Do you think kids look forward to getting a party souvenir at every party?
That is the key of the party, it doesn’t matter if you have the best DJ, games or best food vendors at your party, what kids wait for at every party is the party souvenir. Immediately, they get their pack, they leave the party, when there is no party packs for them, there is no party.
You love wearing dresses to parties. Why?
Yes I love wearing dresses because I love to look good and my designs are “Shoge Designs”.
Your makeup is very beautiful, who did it?
Myself, I do all my makeup myself.
Did you learn it?
No, I didn’t but I love to sketch, I guess that is why I am good at it.
Everybody wants to have Emmanuella at their parties, how do you rest?
I find time to rest.
You have been doing business for over 10 years and you are still doing very well, how does that make you feel?
It hasn’t been easy. There is no route to success that is easy but when you are focused, determined and you follow through your dreams, you will be successful in all your dealings. That principle has really helped me in business.
You are one of the society women that always capture everybody’s attention at any event, where does the inspiration come from?
Well, I love to look good at all times, looking good is good business.
