Otunba Yemi Saheed Lawal, is the Bobasua of Iperuland is the MD/CEO of Seagle. Prior to promoting Seagle Property Development Company Limited in 2007, he had 18 years commercial banking experience in Audit, Treasury, Branch Management, Regional Management and Corporate banking majoring in Corporate & Project Finance. He left the banking industry in 2005 as a Regional Manager to set up Eagleways Investment Group as the Promoter/Founder. Eagleways Group is an investment holding company involving in Oil and Gas, Investment and Funds Management, Project and Real Estate, as well as Consulting.
Mr. Lawai holds a B.Sc degree in Economics, Delta State University and MBA (Management) and MSc Finance both from University of Lagos, a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and Associate member Chartered Institute of Bankers London. He is also the Chairman of Seagle Oil Limited, SPDC Investment and Capital Management Company Limited and SPDC Facility Management Limited.
He attended various courses both in Nigeria and abroad in Oil and Gas, Banking, Finance, and General Management. He attended the Credit Risk Management II at the Citibank School of Banking, NY, USA, Leadership, Innovation & Entrepreneurial Skills, and London Management Centre. Real Estate and Capital Market Program at Kennedy School of Architecture Harvard University, USA, The General Management Program (TGMP 17), Real Estate Management Program (2010) as well as the Ownership Management Program (OPM) at the Harvard Business School, Boston. USA. Alumni of Lagos Business School, London Business School, and Harvard Business School (HBS).
